I used it several times so far everything seems to be working fine. Salesman did not inform me of the water softener system that is built-in would have been nice if the salt required for this unit had been included in the initial package. Unit is very quiet

I know, I know... the LG does the job well, though. The main issue we were having was that my wife didn't like that it didn't quite dry dishes completely. The tech it uses seems to be something that some link and others don't

Not really needed but it does offer the ability to diagnose issues if they come up. cleans well and the salt softener is wonderful with my super hard water
