It’s an awesome oven. The top oven has convection bake and many other settings. Bottom is not convection. It took 9 months for the oven to arrive due to supply issues.

We’re so unhappy we returned it and got a different brand. Cook times are longer than expected. The fan blows out so much cool air that it cools all the food thats sent out on the kitchen island before we can eat. The fan is also too loud. The Best Buy site said that it had telescopic racs. It does not. The Bosch website shows the telescopic racks are not included. Takes longer to preheat than expected and there is not a preheat countdown timer. The clock disappears when cooking. The positives are that it looks great, the nobs are easy to turn, and the internal light is bright. I own MANY Bosch tools in my garage. They’re fantastic, but I’ll never buy another Bosch appliance.

This has been in for less than a week, and I have used a few times, so not really an accurate review yet. I love the look and style of these ovens. The new ovens are much bigger than the one I had before, even though they were both 30". New designs and updates. Only the top is convection and does all the fancy stuff, but frankly, I don't see why you would need both doing all the extra modes. Some of the directions are confusing, there is a way to recalculate the oven temperature if you find it off, but I can't figure it out and will have to call Bosc Customer Service to walk me through. I think mine are a bit OVER temperature, or maybe I need to relearn some baking techniques. I got into habits from poor past ovens and working with portables. The only gripe I have right now is that the touch pad is 'touchy'. They tell you you must use the center of the pad and use the pad of your finger. Well, I seem to not be able to do that correctly, and have to keep reentering. Again, I guess I just have to learn again.

We got the 500 instead of 800 because it had knobs to control functions. It still has some leds to display temp but numbers are very large. No need for glasses to work controls! Ovens are very high quality and cook very uniformly. We got the wider 30 inch unit which is very spacious but did require cabinet mods

This took from December to April to arrive. It is somewhat bigger than expected. We replaced a double wall oven with the same dimensions and it was a really tight fit. Also, the screws that should have been used to install it were too small.

I have only been using it a few weeks. So far so good. A roasted chicken comes out perfect in the convection oven. Just a tip, when cooking food with fat in the convection oven, the fan will blow the grease all over the oven. I am wiping down the oven each time after ti cools down.

These ovens are perfect. First, they work great. They cook evenly, the ovens heat up fast, and they are easy to use. I love that they have sturdy metal knobs. There is also a digital panel that is easy to use. The racks slide easily and the light makes checking on cooking super easy. Finally, these ovens are beautiful to look at.

Having the 2nd oven is great for gatherings and entertaining! I love how it looks too!

I was looking at wide range of products both brand & budget & the Bosch was a great choice.

For the price, this oven isn't much. It doesn't seem to retain heat consistently. It takes a very long time to preheat, even compared to my old 15 year old GE oven. And it blows out a significant amount of hot air into the kitchen (probably one of the reasons it doesn't retain heat well. I have a Bosch refrigerator which I love, so I really expected more from this product. Overall I'm disappointed, and it makes me change my mind about the brand.

Doing our kitchen over and will be replacing our appliances with the ones we purchased. Happy with our purchases and the prices we paid. Also very happy with Kyle who assisted us in our purchase. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

quality sleek looking product. Arrived damaged initially but they gladly came back and replaced.

Cooks much better than my previous oven. I like the way it looks as well.
