My wife and I love this SoundTouch20. We love the wireless and bluetooth function. The sound is great and we haven't had any issues. We have now had it for a month and love it. We are looking forward to getting a couple of SoundTouch10 to pair with the 20.

This is a great wireless speaker and sounds really good for the size. Set up was relatively painless and both WiFi and Bluetooth work really well. Only downside is the SoundTouch App is kind of clunky and not exactly intuitive to use. On the flip side though, the grouping of multiple systems (I bought a portable Soundtouch too) is pretty slick!

I needed a wireless speaker for my work out room. I tried other speakers and even bought the SoundTouch 10and sound was very good. Then I went to Best Buy and showed me the 20 and WOW what a difference. Best speaker worth the price. AWSOME sound.

The sound is incredible and the bass is strong and clear. There is nothing simpler in the world of in home music than pressing the one touch preset and having your music playing instantly. This unit just pumps out excellent lows and highs. It is truly remarkable and well worth the cost.

I purchased Sonos Play 3 and liked it. Planned to keep it until I did some more research and found that Bose also connects via Bluetooth and has a display in the middle showing what's playing. It sounds great and looks...well it could have a better design but good enough to me considering all the pros.

This is second one I've purchased. First one was borrowed by my son as it sounded so good. He went out and bought me a new one when he decided to keep it. Liked the easy set up, especially for bluetooth. Makes it easy to set up my wife's phone with her music so she can listen to it as well.

I've had the Bose SoundTouch 20 for about 3 months and I'm very satisfied. Setup was simple and I can easily connect to all of my Apple devices via BT. Internet radio works flawlessly. Very good sounding unit with full rich basses.

Bought this Bose for my living room with 14 foot ceiling. The sound is amazing! I already had a older Bose so setting it set up through the App was a breeze. I’m a music lover of all kinds. Well worth the price.

Bose is the best. I got this stereo for my birthday. I love it. To be so small, the sound quality is nice and crisp. I'm looking forward to adding more speakers and enjoying my love for music for many more years to come.

I live in a medium sized apartment and this speaker is the perfect solution for having music throughout the entire space. Love that friends come over and connect via Bluetooth to use their Spotify accounts while visiting. Super easy!

I went into Best Buy after looking at the Sonos system. I was close to updating my whole house and stumbled across this system. Sonos beats it slightly in sound quality, but price and connect ability can't be matched!

It is very good looking... Very easy to program... Has wonderful rich sound both in the highs and the lows. It is light enough to move around to different locations and it solidly made. All Bose music systems are excellent. I really like it a lot !!!

We debated about getting this model Bose sound system or a larger one. For a medium sized, compact home without a lot of high ceilings this system does an excellent job of projecting clear sounding music even from a partial two-story room location to our main floor of our home. If we want the sound to feel more nearby, it is a compact, easy to move unit and we can easily carry it downstairs to enjoy throughout the main floor at a medium or lower volume setting. The sound is awesome, with great clarity. We mostly listen to Pandora on this Bose system and it is wonderful--no matter what type of music we are listening to! I love to listen to solo piano music--and it sounds like I have my own, personal pianist playing a grand piano to soothe me. Every listening is like having my own, personal "spa day"! Love this system, wish we'd made the purchase much sooner!!

I love this speaker twice, (or maybe thrice).... The sound quality is fantastic! I love that it's wireless and I control it with an APP! I love that I can use that APP to have all the speakers in the house play the same music!

I had done a lot of homework on the Soundtouch 20 & 30 online, the Bose factory store & Best Buy. (The 10 is pretty weak.) The Best Buy reviews made me gun shy. However, the main reason I never bought it is because it was wifi capable only & I like to play songs on my Ipod. When I went back to Best Buy the last time, they had the new Soundtouch 20 III & 30 III, which also has Bluetooth. I bought the 20. It's GREAT. The 30 truly has far BETTER sound, but it's very heavy (18 lbs). I wanted something that could easily be taken out on the deck, to the garage and on trips. The 20 has a convenient handle. I was afraid the sound would be lost outside on the deck, but it wasn't. I'm not sure why there's any negative reviews on this product? Every Bose product I have had has been terrific. I think it's a tremendous product and I would truly recommend it to anyone!

Love this speaker. Better bass compared to the Soundtouch 10. Also love the functionality. Bluetooth works well and the WiFi functions for presets also work great. Not sure why some have a problem with the app, I think it works fine. My whole family enjoys this.

Excellent system!! We use it multiple times a day. Great sound and it streams Pandora and just about anything else you can think of. Super easy to set up out of the box. I own multiple Bose systems, and this won't be the last. Love it!!

I initially went to Best Buy with the full intent of walking out with a Bose Sound Touch 10 speaker. All the reviews for the "10" seem to match what I was looking for. After explaining my needs to the sales associate, I was talked into purchasing the Sound Touch 20. Our family room measures approximately 10'x20', I wasn't looking for a speaker to blast out the neighborhood. As soon as I fired up the "20", much to my surprise the whole room filled with a very crisp, clear and solid sound. The bass quality is second to none. Now I know why Bose is a leader in speaker technology. I'm sure the "10" is a fine choice for a smaller room, but if you're looking to fill a large room with awesome sound, spend the extra $100.00. You won't regret it.

The Bose 20 box does everything it is advertised to do. So easy to use and so easy to setup for the first time. Sound quality and loudness without distortion is great!

Bought this for my father-in-law as a gift and he LOVES it. It fills their large combo living room / kitchen with high quality sound. He is not 100% tech savvy but it was very simple for him to setup and to use.
