This is an excellent laser color printer for my home office. Print quality is good and it has all the features I need for home use including scanning. I would definitely recommend buying this printer, if you are looking for a color laser printer.

As we had brother all in one For both hone and office before it was a natural choice to buy other one as needed to upgrade to a newer version I like it and has been using it to fax ,copy ,scan and like it cery much So far no issues

This printer replaced the two printers that my wife and I were using. We can now use this one printer between us, save on costly ink cartridges for two printers and now have long lasting toner cartridges that will not dry up.

Does NOT do automatic duplex - the sales associate said it did.. . Blind faith. Very easy setup though.

This printer is so much better and cheaper to operate than my HP. Only complaint is that there is no USB port to download files to print or scan. But it seamlessly goes back and forth to your computer so it's no big deal.

Cannot print anything without have to trouble shoot. It tells me every time that the paper tray is empty and it will actually be full. It has to be opened and shut several times between printing papers.

I got this laser printer to print snapshots, and they look good. However, it does not feed photo paper, which is heavier stock than copy paper. I have to manually feed the paper one sheet at a time.

I had to buy this printer to replace a previous same printer that was still under warrantee. The previous one had some issues. So far, this one has been working fine, and I hope it stays that way.

This model prints a color demo page that is fabulous; however, when printing one of my documents with a gradient pale blue background, it is pixelated and poor print quality. The same file prints beautifully on another vendor's printer. Maybe it needs better drivers, but none yet available that produce better results.

The color and bw printings are excellent, but the the printer drops some computers and does not fine some computers from time to time. The machine looks and feels solid and durable.

I have had no problems with this printer. I choose Brother for my printer because of my past experiences with Brother customer service I think it is the best I have ever been able to use.

Great price and pretty good laser printer if you don't need a top of the line pro model. It's a little slower than what Brother claims but in the end, it's fine. Good printing quality!

This purchase replaced an older Brother all-in-one. The printer gets a lot of use and I also do quite a bit of scanning multiple pages at a time. Nice feature that it is able to print from cell phone.

Purchased this as a gift for my parents. Ordering online was easy, pick up was a breeze. They have not received yet so can't comment on its actual functionality but don't anticipate any issues.

Not only does this printer meet all my needs, but the guidance from Best Buy and the support from Brother was outstanding.

I have gone through several multifunction printer/scanner/fax machines. This one is compact and at least so far a very sound unit and works for a home office with modest volume requirements.

This printer has lasted me quite a few years, 5 years to be exact. Everything is still working perfectly. When the time comes to replace I will look for the same model if still available.

I had an inkjet which was too slow for me so I switched to the Brother laser printer . Very satisfied with the speed and quality. I can print from my iPad and phone now from the couch :)
