After my old HP printer could not connect to my new computer, I needed to purchase a new one. I read many reviews for other HP printers, then read Brother reviews. They surpassed all HP reviews. Then Best Buy put the 875 inkjet on sale for an incredible price. I bought it; setup was a breeze and now I can print from anywhere in my home. Ink prices are good. The printer is very quiet and quality of the print jobs is excellent. All in all,a very satisfied customer with this purchase.

Read instructions. I thought I could do it no PROBLEM I pulling my hair out before I decided to READ. Then it was easy-peasy. It prints from my office app I have on my Samsung Nexus. I no longer have to save my work to my dropbox and then to my laptop to print LOOOVE IT

I bought this Brother all-in-one machine to replace a H-P that had performed miserably since I first got it a few years back. I researched Brother, Epson, and Canon, and settled on the Brother, as it had the best set of features for the price point. Setup was very straightforward, took about 10 minutes or so to get all the software loaded. No issues encountered in setting up as a home network printer on my existing LAN. Print speed is more than adequate for my home office needs. I printed a test photo using the included photo paper samples and was truly impressed by the quality of the print. You can definitely hear the machine working when it is printing/copying/scanning, but this thing sounds like a well-engineered timepiece compared to the old H-P, which sounded like a squeaky old wagon wheel whenever it was in operation. The one area in which the Brother is only 'average' would be it's scanning resolution. I test-scanned a few photos, and, unless I used the absolute highest available resolution in the software menu, the scans came out somewhat grainy. For me this is a non-issue, as my primary use of the machine is printing/copying. The automatic duplex printing feature works very well and is quite convenient to have. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I just visited a Best Buy today looking for a printer cable and happened to see this Brother Printer on display. I really liked the designed and debated about buying it.. then I left the store.. drove home... and came right back to the store to buy it. Appearance Wise... I liked the smooth matte surface on this unit.. and it won't show a lot of dust. One of the things that impressed me the most was the LCD panel that you can tilt. I keep my printers on top of my desk hutch that's almost eye level...so with this model I can see the display without any problems. Setup... installing the cartridges was easy and each one has an indicator light. Connecting the Ethernet cable was a little tricky. You have to lift the top half and plug it in and the cable comes out the right side of the printer. The software was straight forward and surprisingly, does NOT contain a lot of bloatware or useless programs like some other printers I've used in the past. Printing... the speed was decent and unlike the last printer I had... there isn't any delay nor do I have to worry about pressing a button to start the printer before using it. Scanning... Once I set up my preferable saving locations... the printer scanned very quickly. I think this must be the fastest scanner I've never used.. I scanned an 8x10 photo in like 2-3 seconds, instead of minutes. I really like this printer and recommend it to anyone looking for a solidly built unit.

The printer was very easy to set up in every way, especially having my Samsung laptop, my Macbook Pro, and even my android Samsung S4 to the wifi of the printer. I print out bills and important documents so I don't print in bulk so if you don't have to print out mass amounts, this is the printer for you. Oh and the quality of the printing is excellent for me, both in black and white as well as color.

I had been using an HP photo printer. This Brother is far superior to it. I love the fact that it is wireless and so versatile. It responds quickly and the print is very crisp! I had do make some copies and was very pleased of the quality of the print. Another plus is that I can also use it as a fax! That plus the reasonable price for ink make it a real deal. It is the printer I have ever owned. A real value!

I found this on sale for 90 bucks with a $20 gift card. I received the card the next business day in the mail. The print quality is excellent for the money and it was easy to set up for wireless use from multiple devices. For the money, it is hard to beat.

I found this unit on sale and combined my 2 best buy credits, purchased it for $69. Got home and found installation very simple. Connection to my internet was quick and very easy. I installed the printer app on my 5 apple devices 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, and a MacBook Pro, and have found wireless printing to be a snap. Also something I didn't expect was wireless scanning. I can now scan and email from my iPad. Put face down, touch screen and send. Ink cartridges seem to be easy to use, and say they last for 300 pages. I did purchase a larger black cartridge in case it runs out quicker. It's kind of fun to print from my iPhone, I've never thought of it before. Color printing is good, have not yet done any photos but have sample paper to try. In all I recommend this printer, it was very simple to install and use. So far so good...

Excellent Value for the money. Great for home use that does not require a laser printer. Setup and connection to the router took about 5 minutes. The quality and speed of the printed matter is very good! I would recommend this printer to a friend.

Received great help in picking a replacement for my older Brother printer. Find this easy to setup and use. Print quality very good. Really like the wireless printing; can be in a remote room and print items found on web, etc. to

Bought this Brother MFC -J875DW to replace a 6 year old printer. And I love it, did everything and more than I needed, the print quality has been great so far and the scanning perfect. I've yet to use the fax, but glad to know its here when and if I need it. This printer even prints labels on CD's,DVD's, can't wait to try it, this comes in handy if you are like me with so many pictures around the house in boxes of kids special occasions etc.. and on memory cards, this printer will be ideal to scan to computer, burn on DVD from your computer. And then create & print your labels.Never be scared of change if you have a old printer or just looing for one, don't be afraid this is the one.

After using cheap printers like Epson for the past 3 years and finding out they only last about a year I researched some more expensive options. The Brother was an affordable printer that gives you a lot of bang for the buck. My only worry so far is the photo printer option seems a little cumbersome to use and the photo quality isn't that good. Admittedly I may have to spend more time with the settings but after printing about 4 pictures so far I am disappointed in that aspect of it. Regular printing however is fast and of great quality.

I have had this printer/scanner for a couple of weeks. I was a little leery buying it with some of the mixed reviews online about people saying it was impossible to hook up without tech support. Let me say, I am definitely not a computer tech person. Once I got it out of the box and put in the driver CD, it basically walked me through the entire process and was definitely not an issue. I feel that the most basic computer person could install this through the wireless hookup. I am also very pleased with the print quality and speed at which I get from such a "reasonably priced" printer. So far, this thing is far better then the HP that I was using. I constantly had Printer Cartridge error problems with that one. I love the fact that the Brother Printer has individual color cartridges and that they come in two sizes. I also love the control panel, and the fact that this will print and scan double sided. We don't use it often, but when we do it is an amazing feature that you rarely see with a low priced printer. Love this printer so far!!!!

Basically it does everything we need: Print, Scan, Copy, (FAX which I don't need). The best feature is that I can "see" the printer on my LAN (WiFI network) without any complicated set-up. Very easy to set-up. I print from my iPhone, iPad, PC laptop, PC desktop...all without any direct connection to the printer.

The printer was on sale at my local Best Buy and it was definitely worth the money! The ink cartridges are affordable and we love having a fax machine in home instead of having to travel to a friends house. It prints pretty darn fast too. The reason I gave this product 4 stars is because installing the software was a pain. Other than that the size, the price and the usefulness of this product are all great reasons in my opinion to purchase this all-in-one.

I purchased this printer for printing documents for college and I am very satisfied with its printing quality, as well as for the wireless feature. The speed is quite fast and for the price, what more would you ask for. This printer is very easy to set up when compared to others. this all in one printer is great for college students and also for anyone working from home. It is a little bulky in size but is actually light weight. I have at least printed a semester full of essays and still haven't changed ink cartridges, so its very efficient for my use.

Easy to set up,. Easier if you have a USB printer cable handy for set up. Once set up you can remove the USB cable and use wireless. Wireless works very well. Mine is in basement, my laptop is one floor up, and I have a second laptop two floors up, both of which have no problem accessing printer and printing. Buy extra ink when you purchase printer as original ink cartridges are only a 1/3 to 1/2 full. Even those will last you a little while.

It's excellent all in one printer it prints very good 4" X 6" pictures easy to use and setup too plus it's wireless also!

I was skeptical of the brand, only because I was more familiar with the popular HP products, but a customer at the store told me that the brand was excellent, even better than HP. I am so glad I listened to her because the set up has been easy and the quality of prating is phenomenal! I would definitely purchase Brother again!
