My old Brother MFC broke, so I needed a replacement. I saw that this one was on sale, so I purchased it. Boy was I surprised! It works great! I can copy, scan, nd print and it takes cheap toner as well. I love this unit!

It is working well so far but I really can't give a real solid opinion or review, as I haven't used it or had it long enough yet. It was delivered on time and was easy to set up. Printing is good so far. My review is based on what I've read and of it only being about a month or so old.

I love this mono printer. I was tired of buying ink for my color all in one. It would dry up before I used it. I normally only print in black. That is what's great about this one. Plus ink is cheaper

I needed an all purpose printer to complement my little laser. Color is not important, but scanning is for reports. I was tired of buying color and black inks for limited pages. This seems to cover the number of copies economically for many months.

Online order process and in-store pickup went smooth. Setup went well. Printing and WiFi working. Haven't tried fax and mobile apps yet. My print volume is very low, but want quality printing, when I need it. Wasn't getting that from ink-jet.

Great basic laser printer/copy/fax that is easy to set up. Much preferred over the "ink" printers that bleed when wet or have issues with paint drying from low use. Biggest gripe is that the display looks as though it came from the 80's.

Anyone have problem when connect wifi with printer. For the first time. I use normal, after about 3 months, the printer is not working with wifi connection, If someone have the same problem, please show me how to do it. or this is a false product.

No cable inside. I spent almost 1 night to set up.

I had some issues setting up the printer, but I called brother and they walked me through the set up process with no problem. They explained what they were doing as they walked me through so I would understand and know what to do on my own.

Was a bit tricky to set network connection. I wanted a seamless Pc & Mac compatibility. After talking with Brother Customer Care (Bro-Care) I was up and running within ten minutes. Has been working fine for the past month.

This printer was the first I've tried in toner. Im glad I choose this product. Had a few issues with paper jams but was able to resolve. I have always owned Brother and will continue.

I have been using Brother printer both at work and at home, and it's been always working great for me. I only install the scanner utility plus the printer driver to keep things at a minimum, and that's just all I need.

For basic office functions it is the best multi function I have ever owned. If you don't need color its perfect. No ink/toner dry out and easy to change toner. I use it a lot with no issues.

This brother work really good, I have been using brother printer for the last 11 years, very reliable. my previous one doesn't have the airprint so i decided to buy this one.. Best buy got the best price..

printer is still going strong after two years. The scanner on the hand is not the best. The autofeeder would misalign at times and would take forever to set up each time windows 10 auto updates.

Don't be worried about any issues with wireless printing - just make sure you update the drivers and firmware. Been using this printer for months! Works perfectly and does exactly what I needed it to

This is my second Brother laser printer. I have been very happy with both. The first was solely a printer, but fast and met my needs. This one is an all in one, so has more options.

Well I found this deal in Bestbuy app, so I talked to the sales guy and he told me all the pros & cons, sooo boom I got it! and we love it

I really like this printer. I used this one at work and so I wanted this model for myself. All the features work great. However, the wifi is a little difficult to initiate but overall it's a good one.

Very good printer for my use. Worked great until a power surge fried it’s brain. Replaced with another Brother printer.
