I love this one, quiet, fast, functional.. a bit complicated set up but done 8)

so far, so great. doing exactly what we hoped. fast, clear black and white printing.

This works well when it works, but it goes in and out of wifi a lot -- all by itself. I have to remove and re-add to my printer list on a regular basis. I am connected to two other printers and never have that problem, but the point of having this one was to have it next to me instead of walking back and forth to inconvenient printers (that work). It prints and copies beautifully.

The wireless printing is so convenient. I can set this up with all my mobile devices and print from the next room without having to connect directly to a computer. You can also scan using the mobile app in the same manner.

Having a DVD with the software and drivers is useless. It still has to connect to the internet and down load it again. I had a hard time connecting it to a hotspot through my cell phone but I got it going. I was surprised that I did not have to put in the password but I had the cable connected to my laptop initially. First off this uses a lot of power. I had a battery backup device that I have my desktop, monitor and desk light plugged into and I plugged the printer into the same outlet. When it tried to print it would shut down my computer because it would take so much power it would kick out my power supply. I removed the power supply and it now works but it does dim the desk light when it prints. This printer does not do what I thought it would do as far as 2 sided printing and scanning. It will print on both sides of the paper but if you want to scan or copy two sides you have to put each side in separately and scan one side at a time. With my Inkjet printer I it would automatically feed in each two sided page and copy or scan both sides automatically. I could even put in up to 50 pages that are two sided and it will copy or scan them all without stopping. This printer will not do that. The price was right and it does print but not scan 2 sided. Had I known this I would of picked a different printer.

The print quality is good and clear. The price is also very favorable.

Great delivery service easy setup and great printing

Prints fast, easy setup & able to connect to all my laptops wirelessly. Generic toner is cheap, but and does great duplex printing.

Easy to install, works great. Like the idea of a laser printer rather than inkjet

Decent small office/small use printer. Easy to set up and install the drivers. Quiet, and it has a good design. We use it about a dozen time a day, mostly single page print. Original toner runs out quickly (probably by design). We use Lynko 3rd party toner from Amazon at an unusually low price so not worried about operation costs. I would recommend this unit for a small office.
