This replaced my HP Color laser which I just got fed up with having to spend $400 to replace the toners. I didn't use color that ofter so I went for the best value monochrome. I've owned Brothers before and always liked their ruggedness and performance. Set up[ was easy on my Mac.

Great device for a good price if bought on sale. Only negative is the display — it can be difficult to input things, like WiFi password. Print quality is good, toner is much cheaper than inkjet.

Owned this one's baby brother. We skimped on the first one and got the flat single-sheet scanner. Have since upgraded to this and loving every minute. Scans can now be sent to a networked folder, scanned 300+ pages of military docs with very minor hiccups. Next printer we ever buy will also be from Brother & hopefully Best Buy. : )

Working from home, schooling from home... we needed to upgrade our basic Brother laser printer (15 years old) to something that can handle a bigger load. This model is it. Most Brother laser printers come with a toner cartridge that has a minimum "starter" amount. You will need to buy a regular cartridge soon, and if you go with this model, you should have enough toner for two years or more. This printer is also a scanner, copier, and fax. It is duplex - so you can scan/copy a 2-sided document. Very easy to use. WiFi printing works great. It's not the quietest printer, but there is a "quiet" mode that helps; there is also a "toner saver" mode if you don't need the darker quality. It looks large, but the footprint was only slightly bigger than the one it replaced - fit just fine on our printer cart. Tip: These printers are in high demand. I went back to the Best Buy web site daily to find it in stock - took a week, but they had more. We had it shipped, and it arrived safely in a well-protected box.

I owned an older brother all in one that was great but it didnt have wireless printing. I decided to buy this one to upgrade my old printer. It took about 5 minutes to set up and I can easily print from any device connected to my WiFi. I am very happy with this printer and recommend it to anyone that wants an easy to use printer.

This is the most trouble free printer I have ever used. The printer drivers installed and worked without troubleshooting needed. The iOS print app also just works. And scanning just works. Double sided prints have been flawless for my first few hundred pages.

This is my second Brother printer, the first all in one. Prints great and scans are clean and crisp. I needed to upgrade to an all in one for my home office and so far this printer has met all my needs with no hiccups.

I could not be more pleased with the delivery from Best Buy. I ordered it, & it arrived the next day & it was very similar to the Brother printer that I have had for the last 10 years. I have an internet business & I print hundreds of items each month. It was actually less money than our previous printer that was very similar to the new one, but the new one is so much better.

This is my third Brother multi function; first one lasted years, and now i have one at each home, a 2700 in one and the 2750 at the other. Easy to connect, easy to use, my only complaint is that very often during scanning when using the feeder, a line appears on the scan - this requires me to use a soft cloth to wipe down the scan bar - i never find anything on it and the cloth always seems to be clean, but it does the trick.
