This was one of the best purchases I made from Best Buy! This Canon Maxify printer works wonderfully for our business and personal printing needs. The Best Buy chat person was also very good.

Awesome printer. Easy to set up and use from our wireless devices or computers. Love the viewable ink levels on the printer face. Super easy to fill each ink reservoir. Prints fast.

So far, we are very pleased with this purchase. Print is very crisp and clean.

I bought this to replace an HP printer that began blocking my 3rd party ink after a software update. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The ink will cost me less than the 3rd party HP cartridges I've been purchasing. Printed colors are beautiful. The printer is much heavier and sturdier than the HP, which helps it to operate smoothly and quietly. I paid $329 on sale and have no regrets.

This printer prints great but is very noisy and takes a long noisy time to print even 1 sheet. So far I do like the ink fill option instead of cartridges. Does feel cheap when opening top to make a copy too. Not sure if I would buy brand again for the money, found it expensive for what I got.

I started teaching and was looking for a good ink tank printer with a lot of features. The school limits printing per semester and at first I was wondering if this would be worth it. The first few days of school this printer has been invaluable! It scans/copies fast and prints fast. I am already half way through my limit and I would likely be buying a new cartridge already if this wasn’t an ink tank. I have another cannon at home and this is was a great purchase for my needs. I highly recommend this printer!

Great printer, easy to set up, easy refilling ink and prints fast

Set up was a breeze! just follow instructions on the LED screen. Quality of printing is exactly what I needed.

Love this printer. Clear crisp printing. The ink tanks are great. It was easy to set up. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that it shuts itself off when idle so I have to make a trip downstairs to turn it on when I want to print from elsewhere in the house. Also the paper output tray you have to go pull out or your printing is on the floor. It would be nice it would open automatically like my Pixma did. Again a minor irritation.

Does a great job. I am glad that I do not have to buy so many cartridges. All I have to do is pour in the ink.

Very nice printer. It took awhile to set up Fax with my Dedicated phone line and to print from my phone but finally figured it out. It's a bit more frustrating to set up than other less costly machines as the instructions are less detailed in general. Since I am somewhat tec savvy, even at an older age, I was able to figure much of it myself so far. Customer services also great to work with and easy to contact, which was a big surprise. Thank you.

We haven't had much use yet, but my husband did not have complaints about set up - a real compliment. Hope to have more image experience in the near future, but so far, no problems. It's been a bad month for tech at our place so 4 stars are simply fearful expectations. Loved the previous Canon printer.

There is a support line that goes along with this item but it has been difficult to actually get in touch with them. I have yet to find the USB port that is supposed to be available for scanning documents. Sometimes I miss my HP printer

Works great - had a few learning curves as this was my first non HP printer in a long time and interfaces etc have changed. Will take some time obviously to see how long the ink lasts but we're working it hard. I have a Mac.

Purchased this printer after my HP finally gave out after over 10 years of service. I was drawn to the fill tank and the fact that it still had faxing capabilities, however this printer leaves much to be desired. It takes about 60 secs after sending a print request for it to actually start printing… my WiFi doesn’t always recognize it as an available device on the network, so sometimes I have to turn it off and then on again… the print quality is mediocre at best, and there’s a white power light that stays on at all times… all in all it’s just okay. Once it runs its course I think I’ll be going back to HP.

Had some problems initially with paper jamming around rear roller. Almost returned it. Roller wasn’t installed correctly. Once I got the roller in its place, printer has worked flawlessly. One note: printer does not print border less photos even after a firmware update.

I was concerned about getting this printer after other reviewers stated it was difficult to set up. Not sure what they were doing, but it was a breeze for me. Excellent quality printing and photos. Spent a little more on this printer but very happy I purchased this model.

Good value as far as ink goes. I like thst that there are several ways to load paper. Unable to create a usb connection or ethernet..but it seems to like wifi which was my 3rd choice..but its working well and the photo quality is good
