Excellent all in one printer for the price. It does what’s described to the fullest. The photo printing is awesome. The fact that has a fax in it makes it a perfect ten.

Have not had the printer very long. I use it for printing photos mainly. Colors are bright and crisp. At this time, my only complaint is the way the tray for my printed copies are delivered. The tray flops down and is very noisy. It takes quite a bit of space in the front of the printer. Not much for complaints. I have always been a HP person but they are not producing a printer now that meets my needs. This Canon printer has a cartridge feature that the HPs always has had. The individual cartridges are much more economical than the two system cartridges that most have. I would definitely buy this printer again.

While trying to make a decision on a new printer, I was inspired by the many rave reviews on the MX922. I was not disappointed. Easy set up and I tested my first print using a wallet size picture of my niece. I scanned it and printed on 4x6 photo paper. It printed perfectly! Beautiful results. It paired perfectly with our phones and printed great every time. The big test were the labels I use for my home business. It printed first try with no problem. I've had issues with previously owned printers. This is the absolute best one I've had.

Couldn't believe my eyes when i saw this printer on sale. $100 off.. Thought it was a joke but realized it was true. Was inthe market for a new one and happened to go to best buy just to look around. FOUND A GREAT DEAL. Love the printer. Very easy to use and connect too. Fax machine is awesome.. Hated going somewhere just to fax. Printing capability is far better than my epson. Easy load and return. I truly Love my purchase..

This was so easy to set up. I love that this is wireless for such an affordable price. It does take up a lot of space. I couldn’t believe how simple setting up was. I was able to print directly off my iPhone. It was so amazing! The only thing I disliked was the bottom paper tray. I wish it was more sturdy. But it was fine. I was telling everyone at work about it today.

The one and only reason I purchased the Canon Pixma MX922 was for the DVD/CD Direct Printing. This printer pumps out DVD's consistently with vibrant colors complimenting the custom designs for my clients DVD's. As for printing Documents, it's well responsive and quick to print without losing ink texture or colors. Printing images/pics are clear and detailed giving flyers, announcements and promos an eye catching attention at first sight.

I love my new Canon! The pictures come out like professional pictures! I am a photographer and didn't have to spend thousands of dollars for a quality printer! The fax is easy to use and the scanner is crystal clear! I will never use another brand of printer. By far the best I have ever had!

I have had excellent service from Canon printers and especially like the individual color cartridges. Additionally the paper trays, document feeder and duplex-er are hidden inside a sleek cabinet. It sits on the lower shelve of my Home Theater system and blends with the other components. Connected to the Wifi, I can print from any laptop, tablet or phone in the house. Spend a little more for this one and you won't be disappointed.

Sales man from Canon on the floor at the Thousand Oaks store was great. Refills are much less expensive. The unit is well made and does things I like. Scan to PDF and with Wi Fi drops it on my desk top.

It was finally time to replace my beloved printer after many years of dedication to my cause. After looking at reviews, I went with the Canon Pixma MX922. It is a bit on the large size, heavy as well, but the bag it came in made for easy removal from the box. This Printer does it all, scan, photos, printing, copies, and fax. It can be a bit noisy at times, but I was used to that because my almost dead printer did the same thing. It’s as if it needs to adjust or ‘something’ from time to time and you’ll hear clicks and such. This is a wireless printer with Wi-fi….I love the feature. Being a student and my boyfriend a financial manager who can and does work from home, I find myself laying claim to MANY different spaces around house.....his home office. So wireless printing is a must have in our home due to the musical chairs we play throughout the day. Faxing and scanning are both a breeze. There is a photo app that you can download after purchasing the printer which allows you to edit and print your photos straight from your devices as well. There are two paper sources: the paper tray and the loading tray on top. The paper tray does not hold a huge amount of paper, about 250 sheets but it has proven to be adequate for home office use. It would not be enough in a busy workplace, but for our home office, we have not missed anything. Set-up was quick and painless with the wireless capabilities and best of all, you don't have to worry about messy, unattractive cords hanging around. You just plug it in, get to work with your set-up, and voila! The instructions that came with the Printer were adequate and easy enough to understand. I had no glitches or problems there. I have really liked the quality and capabilities of Canon printers I have owned in the past and the MX922 so far has not disappointed me!

Purchased this printer after in person viewing of photo printing quality. Wanted an all around home office printer as well as quality photo printing to replace an aging HP Photosmart. Read reviews and expected to buy an HP but on reviewing and comparing the print quality chose the Canon. Best Buy staff was very helpful giving me real time in-person printing for comparison purposes. Item I had planned to purchase had an overall gray look for the white areas, perhaps as a result of the HP newly combined multicolor ink cartridges. This Canon printer has separate color ink cartridges and the photo printing pops like a professionally printed photo. I had a few questions when installing and Canon tech service was fantastic with assistance to cover my issues (didn't want fax attached to phone line all the time). Also, assisted a friend installing this wireless printer onto her Vista driven laptop. After closing the vista laptop security the installation was a breeze. First time print seems to take a long time, thereafter, speed is as expected. I have had this printer for one month and so far, it is great!

Best Printer I have ever owned! (5 STARS)

This printer does so much more than just print. I want to point out a few key features I like. The ability to print from my cell phone (Android) does iPhones too, right to the printer. These is amazing. The printer has two separate paper trays. I keep standard paper in the lower tray and 4x6 photo paper in the upper tray. So convient not to have to swap out the papers. The next thing I was amazed about was the photos are photo quality. I just ran water over one I printed last night to see what it would do to it. Nothing! Perfect! One thing that was confusing to me was there are 5 ink tanks. 2 black tanks? This is simple to explain. One black is used with the three color tanks for color and photos. The other black tank is for standard black text as long as you choose B&W for text printing. Nice feature! There are a lot more features. Few notes to prospective buyers: The red on the bottom of the door in some photos you see on the web is there, but not as pictured. It is a lot more subtle. See my phot of actual printer. I always wondered if the door auto opened and closed. Here is the answer. It auto opens when you print. Once you remove the paper or photo you printed, you close the door if you like. Hope this helps you decide. I love it!

My hp printer I had for 7 years suddenly died on me in the middle of a project where I had to print onto DVD surfaces. Unfortunately, this meant I had to find a printer ASAP and didn't have much time to look around. In looking for a printer that could print on DVD surfaces this was one of the relatively few models out there. It looked to be a very good printer, Canon is a good brand, so I decided to give it a shot. I bought the printer first thing the next morning and once I had everything set up was printing DVDs with ease. There was a slight learning curve with the new software that was to be expected. I have since also used the normal printing, copying, and scanning functions that have all worked beautifully. The scanning worked much easier than on my previous printer too. After 7 years of having to plug in my computer to my printer, having wireless printing is so wonderful and convenient and having double sided printing is also a great plus. Overall, this is a great multi-function printer.

Purchased as a replacement for Canon Pixma MX860, this was an easy transition. Indeed, it works just as well, if not better than the 860, and has a number of improvements. Gone is the "pop-out" rear tray for photo printing, etc. A new, second tray loaded from the front allows easy storage of photo paper at the same time regular paper is stored. The fully wireless network install was a snap, and not having it wired to any one computer in the house has been a blessing. If I had to list one thing I didn't like, the Canon included software is a pain. It's NOT intuitive, it's based on the assumption that you want to "make things" (Calendars, mugs, etc.) rather than print school work, etc. I could do without it, as it's anything but intuitive. First time I scanned a photo, I had *NO IDEA* where it was stored, what it was called, etc. But the Scanning was great, the printing is great. Good printer at an *EXCELLENT* price.
