Great product, easy installation, fast, great quality

No problems with it. Does what i bought it for. If anything, the ink it comes with runs out fast and you have to spend close to 80 dollars for the XL cartridges.

It has been hard to use as I was not given a book of directions or any other kind of directions. It would be very helpful to receive such material.

Great, affordable printer!! Comes with both color and black ink! Great for small business printing and can print numerous types of paper. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable, user friendly printer!

Decent printer. I got this to replace my HP one because the customer sservice was horrible. I had a little trouble getting my printer to print on WiFI but the Canon customer service was far better. They helped me to connect.

While it is a very good printer , it seems paper jams easily.

Selected printer based on price and ease of use. The quick start setup instructions provided were of questionable use. Set up device using intuition to the point where it would copy but not paired with my 2 iPads. At this point, I had to contact Geek Squad to complete the setup. 3 Geek Squad visits were necessary to complete the installation.

This printer suits my need perfectly. It copies, prints, scans and the ink is not outrageously expensive.

Why does this printer have good reviews? Scanning is ridiculous. You scan, then a QR code shows up on the screen. You access your one page one page at a time. It’s faster to take pics with my phone! Debating going through the trouble to return it. I have printed one color document. It was okay. Most printers are garbage and last like a year!

This printer has a cheaply made plastic casing. It even sounds cheap. It will not scan a document even after being required to download and install the so-called "Master Set-up." The flip-out operating panel is inconvenient as I have to be directly in front of the printer to read it.

I’m not able to review my printer because it’s still in the box. I’m not able to find someone to connect for me. I also have a printer that needs to be uninstalled and I don’t know how to do that either.

Quality printer at an affordable price. Very functional and efficient.

I’ve had this printer for about three weeks and so far have not been able to get it to hook up to my wireless internet so basically it’s a copier rather than a printer. I’ve followed the directions at least a dozen times and it just keeps saying set up failed. I would return it but BestBuy only gives you two weeks to do that. This comes with no manual and the directions online are not helpful unless you’re a technology person. Not helpful for a senior.

The printing is good. The downside is the ink capacity. Very expensive ink. Not recommend for office or frequently printing.

It does what it says it does. It is good. I am somewhat technology challenged and i can figure it out. It is simple. Great for a home printer.

It’s pretty great! When printing a lot of pages (76) at one time, it slowed up a bit but other than that, I’d definitely buy it again !
