So far so good, purchased this inkjet printer during 2024 'Black Friday' specials based on recommendations from other users as well as the attractive economic price. Printer has performed flawlessly so far. Am just at the point of learning whether the cost for replacement ink cartridges will factor in to my overall satisfaction with the product

I made this purchase because my old printer (a ho envy model) was on its way out and it wasn't worth the cost to repair it. After reading many positive reviews about this printer, I took a chance and purchased this one. I've used it so far maybe a handful of times, and although people may say it's slightly noisy that doesn't bother me. It did what it had to do and it suits its purpose. The feature that I like the most is the option to put paper in more than one location. The inkwells that it came with seems pretty efficient as well.

I had a misconception that HP printers were the best. After suffering through two HP printers, I moved over to Canon with this TS7720 model. First thing is the set up. No trauma no searching for wifi connectibility. I did hit a snag and the second thing I noticed was the Canon support team. They walked me back through the set up, and were great to work with and finally, now it's never a wonder or worry when I send something to my Canon. It prints sharp and clear without searching for my computer and I could not be more pleased. This Canon printer rocks. Worth every penny and I am no longer fighting back ups in my print queue. Very easy to print, no loss of paper and ultimately no overstocks on ink as you don't spend 50 sheets of paper to get a couple of sheets needed! Excellent, easy printer!

Set up was pretty easy and it's good for what I need it for. Wish it had a way to scan multiple documents at once, but that's just not a feature on this one. Some people complained about the small paper tray, but I never print more than a few pages at once, so it doesn't bother me.

Love Canon products. My old printer finally quit and this new one is so far superior! The set up was easy and prints like a champ. It is smaller and works well in small places.

This printer was easy to set up and run the first time out. Print quality is good, the printer itself is stable as it’s running. And it works as described and as needed.

Setup is easy, no drivers needed. It functions as a wifi printer for phones as well, so you don't even need a PC to print to it.
The auto on/off is a nice feature as well, it will go to sleep after 30 minutes and automatically turn back on when a print job is sent.
Comes with a starter set of ink cartridges but I've been on that set for a few months now.

This Canon printer is easy to set up. Prints fast! Quality of output is good. Paper tray that slides out sometimes gets stuck but you can have paper in the upper tray which works great.

Prints beautifully, best price for "all-in-one" printer, but has a 'design flaw", the "maintenance cartridge". This component shuts down the printer if not replaced, cost to customer, anywhere from $7.00 to $24.00. This cartridge should not have any cost, it absorbs printer ink given off by the printer heads, not necessary in other brands. Customer service excellent. "Canon" not recommended for "heavy printing".

Nice looking and Print quality is very good and color printing good. I have not tried printing on photo paper yet. Set up two days ago. Not easy setting up, got error on being offline and would not print not sure what to do. I ended up uninstalling and went to Cannon site and downloaded Master setup then everything went easy. and was able to get Laptop connected without problems. All wireless.

Very easy to set up and install, and print quality is great! Gets used a couple times a month I'd say and haven't had any issues since purchasing. The plastic feels, toy-like, but I think that's how many smaller printers feel nowadays. But it does have good weight too it and is stable

This is my first time buying a Canon printer, and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease of use. From the time I took it out of the box, it may have taken me 10 minutes to set up. It connected easily to my phone and computer. The prints are clear the ink appears to be lasting a while. I have no complaints.
