Works great. We can finally get caught up on printing photos.

I read multiple reviews, and I settled on this Canon. I've had it now for a few weeks, and it is definitely an improvement to the HP Officejet Pro 8500 that we had previously.

Really dislike this printer, not what I wanted at all. The best thing about it is the size and weight, other than that, I don't see many pluses. Wanted a printer to print photos and graphics well. Had researched on line but Best Buy Salesman convinced me I would like this printer. I don't. It jams if I try to use anything heavier than plain copy paper. I use a lot of cardstock and am having issues every time with it, can print it sometimes from the top load paper feed. Also, it turns itself off and whenever I go to print, need to remember to turn it on and let it warm up, which it's rather slow to do. Also slow to print two sided when needed. And the Cannon ink is a whole other issue. Those plastic caps are difficult to remove (arthritic fingers) and every time I wind up with ink on my hands and anything close by. Learning to place scratch paper everywhere near when opening them. Further, when I first set it up, I was using my laptop and now that I have my PC back, would like to scan to my PC but unable to figure out how to switch that over, not being a techy! So frustrated with the whole thing, the scanning program is extremely cumbersome. Wish I had not purchased this copier. Sorry I let the salesguy talk me in to it.

Easy set up with photo quality prints. Using with both a Windows and Apple computers with no problems.

A book shelf fell on my Cannon copier and smashed the glass. I still used it for about a month, until the glass fell into the mechanics of the printer. Did my reach and found this Cannon at a great price. Works great.

Works well and doesn't have any problems printing. It was a little difficult to connect to my internet, but it did eventually work when I manually inputted info

I needed Geek service help to set up printer with the Internet and computer. Once everything was connect, the printer has worked great. Printer prints awesome pictures.

As printers get less and less expensive, you start to doubt the quality but not in this case. The Canon Pixma was a steal and the photo quality is unmatched. Bold, clean colors as well as crisp b/w for regular text.

I just retuned mine after owning it for 5 months. maybe printed 100 sheets and that would be a stretch. I kept getting a paper jam warning with out any paper in the printer (anywhere). So I searched all the Canon websites and found that this means there is something wrong with the board and this printer does not have a hard reset button. So its toast. I'm really glad I bought the extended warranty to cover it.

I use this printer/scanner/copier primarily for printing photographs and they've all turned out great. I would highly recommend.

I expected quality printing and I got it. What I also got was a photo printer that far exceeds my expectations! Sharp lines and true colors make me a very happy buyer!

I bought the printer mainly for printing photos. So far it is very good for that. I haven't used for very much else so far. That doesn't mean I don't plan to used it for more

This is printer is so versatile. And it looks great!

I bought this mostly for pictures. They come out great. And for regular documents you can print double sided. There is a lot of cool options through Cannon app. Well worth the upgrade over older printers.
