At first I was skeptical due to mixed reviews and the fact that it wasn’t sold in stores, but I took a chance after seeing the advertising at Best Buy and I was already considering getting a TENS unit. This has met and exceeded my expectations! Make sure to read the instructions but use because I hadn’t and I thought the device didn’t work. 10/10 convenience and functionality. Only problem I can see is needing replacement pads but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there…

Could Have Been so Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the double unit along with several pad types to help with some pain in my muscles from running. If you use the units individually they are very good, however the double I received meant the units were not synced, so if using them for example using the upper back bad (which holds 2 units) then they were not running the cycle at the same time and were activating the muscles at different times. I contact Chirp support, the first agent indicated it was a defect and asked me to restart, I did this, a second agent then asked for a video which I sent clearly showing the units not synced and she advised it was not a fault, they should but do not need to be synced. In the end I’ll now be returning, if they’d stuck to their first resolution I’d have just exchanged, but as the messages from support were inconsistent it shows a lack of customer awareness. I’m looking for a company that will support their customers if there is a clear issue. Disappointed as a truly think this could have been great.
