Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This film received a lot of hype back in the 90's, so when I found it in the bargain bin, I thought I would give it a try. This is more of a student film than anything else. Sort of an Art project. It is shot on low-quality Black & White film stock (or possibly video). Not terrible, just not great. There is some interesting dialog between the slacker characters so if you can find it dirt-cheap - it might be worth it.
