I really enjoyed this headset, and wanted to keep it. The audio sounds great - a bit lacking in the bass department but it made up for it in other places. Great functionality, seamless connection. The icue app could be better, but have seen much worse. I enjoyed being able to have both my pc and phone connected, i actually found use for it. And the dials on the headphones were a nice touch. - overall amazing sturdy build. But what broke the deal for me was the comfort, after maybe 1-2 hrs it would dig into the top of my head, the earmuffs were mid as well but i could've just got aftermarket - the cushion on the top band is very lacking especially at the price point.

I love it. It’s comfortable, it sounds great. Icue still is less than desirable but it seems to be working so far.

Amazing headphones the earmuffs are hard and can hurt after a few hours. I did have to get a replacement after 2 weeks because i dropped it and it never turned on again. But since then the new one has been amazing and sturdy

The Corsair Virtuoso Max delivers excellent sound quality with rich audio and clear detail across games, music, and voice chat. Pairing it to the computer is effortless, and the wireless connection stays solid with no drops or hiccups. However, the biggest downside is the long-term durability of the headband. After a while, the headband structure begins to break down, and once it does, the headset loses almost all support and becomes uncomfortable or unusable. Overall, it’s a fantastic-sounding headset with great ease of use, but the headband’s lifespan holds it back from being a long-term dependable choice.

This had the potential to be something great, but they fumbled very terribly! IF ONLY Corsair was a little more thoughtful and took their time perfecting this before release. This would have been one of the greatest headsets of 2024. Audio quality for music was great, But okay for gaming. Microphone- Mic quality sounded good, however, sidetone was absolutely broken. You were only able to hear your side tone at 80-100%, and if turned up all the way, you would get a weird feedback. Comfort- absolutely horrible. Barely a quarter inch of memory foam. The cushions look like they were made for Antarctica, but was a total cat fish. Not a surprise, but the headrest LACKS in memory foam. ANC- not bad for the price, but also not that great. Transparency- Mediocre! Only 2 microphones; one on each side of the headset. Why add this at all, if it’s going to sound distorted, cheap quality, and lackluster. Overall like a 4/10

One of the best headsets I’ve ever owned with high quality audio and comfort.

Headphones work great. Great sound. Great quality. Easy to switch from console to PC by just plugging in the USB dongle to whichever system I want to use them on. Comfortable for long gaming sessions. Easy to mute mic when you need to. Don't have any complaints so far.

Sound quality is good. I use custom earpads which makes them more comfortable. My only complaint is a bug with the voice feedback. Doesnt seem to work with mine (not sure if it is software or hardware). Im not the only one with this issue either.

These headphones are super clear. With every game I played it sounded like I was actually in the action.

The sound is great but the headband is cheap plastic and broke very easily.

It is a good headset i just noticed a little popping sound ever once in a while when a sound stops but for the most part is is a good head set

Try this badboys out, and i was completely satisfied with the sound quality. Love the 2 ear cups volume control wheels(love that one wheel controls phone volume and the other computer volume). Dolby atmos with sounds great. Reason for the 3 starts: I dont like how little phone the earcups have. When playing for longer hours starts to hurt. In my experience, the previous generation was more conformable than the virtuoso max. Also, for the money is not a big difference in spund quality. For $329.99, earcups should feel more premium. Sound from last generation to the Virtuoso Max should be way better. I don't dont how to express the dissatisfaction. HS80 max sounds almost like virtuoso max. Price difference is doubled. For $250 IMO, this headphone would be top notch.

These headphones are fantastic. By far some of the best noice cancellation features on gaming headphones i have ever experienced. The audio quality is something to be over extatic about as well. The built in dolby atmost features really brings a new level of listening experience to life. They are very well built and seem like they are designed to last. The only thing preventing these from being a 10 is the comofrt. Over all is very good but over prolonged period of time can be uncomfortable.

I've had the Virtuoso SE and XT , but unfortunately those broke. I decided to give Corsair a last chance with the Max and so far I've enjoyed them a lot. The sound quality is amazing and the headset feels a bit more premium than the previous. Love that they kept the removable mic.

Amazing wireless headphones, I love the fact that I can connect to my phone and pc at the same time. I will say you have to watch the padding the first set I had the padding came apart only after a couple of months of using it. Best Buy replaced the headphones for me without an issue. Overall GREAT product.

Great sound and balancing options when using them on my PC as well as allowing me to link my phone to them as well.
