Great Workout
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the perfect cardio, I love it! I bought it 4 yrs ago and now use it 3 times a week. It is slow at first and then fast paced! You really do break a sweat with this! I strongly reccomned it! It is motivational, any one could do it. I started weighing 163, with diet and Cardio Salsa, I am down to a healhty 135!
