Love this coffee maker so easy to use nice to have a choice of using grounds or pods.

Love my Cuisinart coffee pot! This is my second one!! Love the versatility of k cup or drip option. Always hot, makes a nice brew. Attractive on my counter. Surprisingly doesn’t take up too much of a footprint on my countertop. Highly recommended!

We have been looking at coffee makers for years trying to decide whether to switch to single, instant brew coffee machines. Finally our over 20 year coffee machine died and we saw this this machine that was the solution of merging our old machine with the new world. Now we can offer coffee to guests any time with the single brew and yet still make a pot that can serve multiple people at the same time. Win/Win/Win. PS. Don't know what the beep means yet...but love my coffee.

I love having a coffee maker with a Keurig all in one, it takes up way less space and we use both sides of the coffee maker every day, with this one, I wish we could program it thought to have the coffee already made and you can’t

Coffee maker works great. I tried the Keurig coffee maker, Duo Plus twice and it kept tripping breakers. I have two of these and have not had a problem with either one.

We have always loved Cuisinart. After a very disappointing experience with another brand, which fortunately we had a protection plan in place and were able to return to Best Buy, we were shown this model by one of the salespeople. I had no idea Cuisinart made a dual version, and we thought it would be perfect for us. We'd never had a k-cup coffee maker, but we've instantly adapted to using it for a variety of things -- tea, hot chocolate, or a cup of coffee for somebody who wants one at a time we normally don't have a pot brewed. The traditional coffee maker is great too -- we use the auto program feature every morning. We love the 12-cup carafe. The unit is attractive, and we love the lighted buttons. I don't find it that difficult to fill the water reservoir for either side. With the k-cup side, I just take a look at it when filling the regular side at night and if it is not to the max level, I'll add some water to it as well. The unit fits nicely under our cabinets and doesn't create a lot of steam, like the Ninja we disliked did. We've not had a single k-cup fail so far, and we've used several different brands and varieties. It's not needed a clean cycle yet, but we've never had any trouble with maintenance of the Cuisinart brand -- again, unlike the Ninja. We really have absolutely no complaints about this coffee maker at all. While we were waiting for our unit to come into the store because of a mix-up with the order that our local salespeople went way above and beyond to remedy, it went on sale and Best Buy added a free holiday gift promotion as well. They adjusted our purchase to the lower price and we love the speaker! But even if we had paid full price, I would have been 100% delighted and satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend!

I’m inlive with my my coffee maker can’t complain,

If your having a party and need to make a whole pot or you just want one cup this is the pot for you. Does the job looks good. Coffee comes out hot enough on the medium setting and not a K-Cup that didn't fit yet.

It was time to move up from my trusted Cuisinart model that I've enjoyed for the last 14 years and this one is exactly what I wanted. Works great for my full pot in the morning and the occasional single cup later on. Mine is set on a small island "coffee center" and I do not find it difficult to fill. The 'Bold' option does make a difference; I had allowed my old coffee maker to run without the pot for the first two minutes in order to saturate the grounds and that is not necessary with this function. I do not keep water continually in the single serve as I find it best to use fresh water as needed for best flavor.

Great product. Love that it has both options for K cups or full carafe. It also has settings for Bold brew and Warner settings for carafe.

It’s a Cuisinart , what more can I say! Keurig brews fast, 12 cups fast, fits under the cabinets. Only real complaint, wish it would brew 8 10 12 oz size cups, instead of 6 8 10 oz currently

I purchased this coffee maker to replace an existing Cuisinart coffee maker and a separate k-cup coffee maker. This product combines both machine in one. Easy to set up and use. Brews good coffee. I strongly recommend this product.
