I am replacing my kitchen appliances and needed a new can opener. This Cuisinart Can Opener is perfect for my needs. It's light weight and easy to keep clean. I read the reviews on this can opener before I bought. They were correct. Very easy to use. Doesn't make alot of noise when its in use. Simples to clean. Haven't had a problem with tall or large cans. Only had it since Christmas but so far very happy with it and would recommend it .

Perfect for me. I have weak, arthritic hands, and it's hard to operate "manual" can openers. Works great, and the blade detaches and reattaches easily, for cleaning. Takes up very little counter space, too.

Replaced old unit that no longer would hold the can. This is quieter and smaller for storage

I needed an electric can opener after an injury to my wrist made using a manual one too difficult. This one functions very well. I especially like that the part that touches the top of the can can be easily removed for cleaning. It is also reasonably priced.

This is a great can opener. Love the taller model for larger cans and it cuts very sharply,quickly and clean. It was surprising that it was such a great price for the same Cuisinart quality. I always trust Cuisinart. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a basic can opener that matched my kitchen decor, would not take up a lot of space, was reasonably priced, was tall enough for large cans, and was easy to use. I took a chance on this one, ordering it online. It met all of my expectations. It is also easy to clean, because the cutting blade is easily to remove. The black color matches my other kitchen appliances, so that worked for me.

I needed an easy to use, long lasting Can Opener. We've had B/D and Rival and they last about a year and then need replaced for one reason or another. Wife asked for one that wouldn't take up much room and looked good as well as functional. PRICE was a bit high but she likes it and it's QUIET and does a good job. Holds Cans, even tall ones well.

Used for first time on can of tuna yesterday. Good, easy to use with smooth action. This design is slightly taller than the ones I grew up with....but other than that the design for these hasn't changed much in 40 years. This one appears to be tall enough for #10 cans if working in commercial kitchen environment. (confirm with item specs). Quiet and easy to store.

Efficient opener for all size cans and good value make this a wise purchase!
