Didn't have to open it up and connect the wires like some UPS's .. small and it likes to live on it's side.

So helpful when power is off can still use computer

This battery backup has functioned as advertised. It is reasonably priced and has met my expectations.

This is my 2nd Cyber Power in 3 1/4 yrs. Had two other brands before these and the Cyber Power 650VA fits my needs perfectly. Never failed until the batter failed (3yrs, 3mths). Prefer to go out and replace it rather than replacing the battery because I get a 3 yr. newer product with improvements and upgrades.

Excellent product for the price you can't buy replacement batteries but at least this is cheap enough to replace older ones. Keep my TV running for almost 20 min when the power went out

Great item. It works. I bought the 650VA to replace my old 450VA. I'd give this new one 5 stars but I can't. The new UPS comes in the same package, lighter but does not have the LED/LCD voltage/status readout that I had with the old one. It was very helpful to know what's going on. This I miss. I understand cutting costs just to stay afloat in today's terrible consumer market...but I still miss the readout. Sad.

This unit provided enough time to shut down computer during power glitches. Economically price with match pricing. Good software provides insight into problems

I learned the hard way that surge protection and battery backup are important. I've bought several units from this manufacturer before, and they don't disappoint.

I purchased this UPS to replace a different one that had gone bad in a short period of time. This UPS lasts longer than the competition and is a good deal for the money.

The UPS comes disconnected internally - you must open the battery compartment and connect the red (+) and black (-) cables to the battery. I do not connect to my PC or run the software - just use it to keep my computer running and give me time to gracefully shut down in a power outage. I normally purchase another brand, but my local Best Buy was out and I thought I'd give this one a try.

I have an iMac, printer, and 2 hard drives powered via this UPS. I had no problem today when I lost power. It ran everything about 20 minutes before I turned them off.

We have too many electrical surges in our area. Definitely need a power surge

Bought this UPS to replace an old UPS that had failed after eight years. Had a choice of two brands at Best Buy. With the help of store personnel decided on this paticular one. I actually bought two. Brought them home and plugged it in as stated in the directions. After charging for 24 hours installed it on my computer system which includes the computer, monitor, and modem/router. With the entire system on unplugged the UPS to simulate a power failure. It worked like it should and kept all things running. Did not test how long it would keep them running, but it worked to my expectations.

I had a different brand system that I had to replace twice in 30 months. When the 2nd one blew out I went to Best Buy asking for advice on a better system. The sales associate assisted me with selecting this higher grade battery back-up at an even better cost than my two previous systems (from a different retail outlet) and it has been excellent. I have a laptop, modem, router, speakers, and 3 other items all plugged into the system with not one glitch (including during local power down-time). I feel very confident protecting my electronics with this system. Thanks Best Buy!

Picked this up to replace an APC unit that the battery had gone bad in. The price for this unit was very reasonable. It was easy to install as well.

I have had both CyperPower and APC backup supplies. I prefer CyberPower. The battery on the APC units don't seem to last long at all. I have not had any problems with the CP units and they work just as well.
