It does what it said it would also I have extra Outlets and places so if I need them I have them and it gives me the right amount of wrong time to shut my computer down

I've been using these CyberPower battery backups for years. Good battery life. Never ran out of power on short-lived outages. Good price to performance value.

I was looking for another smaller UPS to power my computer and this fit that need. For not much more money than a good power strip I have the benefit of the battery backup!

After 5 years my previous unit quit working. It gave great service so it was replaced with one from the same manufacturer. No worries for at least 5 more years.

Bought this for my cellar door entry backup, we put in auto openers and this is in case power goes out, I can still open my doors to get out in case of emergency ;)

This battery backup saved my life. The power went out and lucky I bought this sometime ago. It saved me from having to work on my project in the morning.

Easy to use just do not put any appliances in it like window air conditioners or electric heaters - only PCs WiFi routers and video game machines

This is my second battery backup I got from Best Buy. It works great. I had to purchase these because my computer kept getting fried when the power goes out. Now I don't have to worry about having to fix my comp during black/brown outs.

The UPS gave me the opportunity to power down the technology attached to it safety during the recent hurricane. A nice UPS that worked as advertised.

My last Cyberpower lasted 10 years, upgraded to a 650 from a 450, easy software for mac or pc...

Replaced on old model I couldn't get new batteries for. Never had any problems or had any damaged equipment with any model CyberPower UPS I've owned.

this is my 2nd one of these, the first one lasted for years, and if/when your power goes out unexpectedly this thing is a lifesaver for your computer!

I put this my home theater, it has done a great job protecting my equipment from spikes and allowed me to shut down normal when the power failed

The SX650G is a good UPS with 8 outlets (4 on battery, all 8 surge protected) and four of them are spaced so transformer blocks can fit. It has phone line protection (sorry, no cable tv protection on this one), and comes with some nice software in the form of PowerPanel Personal monitoring software. I prefer this software over PowerChute from APC because you can monitor how much power your PC is using. They also have a nice 3yr warranty and $100k equipment protection. My only complaint is that the full load run times are short, very short, as in 2 mins. Although if you have so much load that you are maxing out the UPS, its time to upgrade.

I had the old battery for approximately 10 years when it just quit. No problems with it so replaced with a newer version. Hope this one lasts as long.

I purchased this as we've had many lightning storms this summer and needed power backup for my networking equipment. I work in IT and we have many CyberPower UPS in our organization that have lasted several years. This was a significant consideration since we have also used other brands (TrippLite) that seem to consistently fail within 6 mo - 1yr. The #1 consideration that you need to look at once you have a dependable brand is the amount of VA or Watts the unit can support. Do some research in this area as the amount you need will depend on how many devices you intend to plug into the backup side of the unit. Which reminds me, this unit only has 4 plugs that can be powered by the battery backup, the other 4 are surge protection only. Take that into consideration when purchasing as well.
