Good basic protection

The batteries do not last much past the expected life but still reasonable price for what it does. Third one we've purchased over several years for out two main computers.

Exactly What I Wanted

Shopped around for a week and decided on Best Buy. Ordering online was easy. I opted for in store pickup which was in two days as my local store didn't carry the size I wanted. It was on time and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Set up was straight forward when I got home with no nasty surprises. Several days after installation we had a nasty thunder storm with the power going off and on four times in the space of one minute. The system smoothly shut down my computer and peripherals with no fuss. Altogether a smooth experience both from the store and the battery back up system.
