I am not terribly tech savvy so the Geek Squad is perfect for me. Not only do they work on my computers in a timely manner, but they also answer my tedious questions. Thanks, Geek Squad, for excellent service and care.

I purchased the Geek Squad data backup and transfer for my PC onto my new Mac and they provided exceptional service and had it done within two hours, even though I thought it would take 24 hours/overnight. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad not only transferred data from my previous computer to my new computer, but they were also able to retrieve data from a very old external drive that I had not been able to access for many years. Very friendly and efficient.
