Needed a data transfer on a laptop that won't turn on and Geek Squad did it with no problem and I left happy. If you ever need help, don't hesitate going to Geek Squad.

data transfer went exactly as I would have expected

Got a free data transfer with my purchase. It was easy I just pretty much dropped off both computers and they kept them for a week. Everything was good and I'm happy they were able to access my files from my black error screen old laptop.

The agents transferred my data from an old to a new computer in a very timely manner. All data was included in the transfer.

I backed up data from my lap top to this external device and everything went smoothly.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro 13" laptop. I asked Best Buy to do the data transfer for me. I am very happy with the way this was handled and I was continually updated no the status of the transfer. Everything worked out well!

I am very happy with the In-Store service that Best Buy Geek Squad provides with destroying my OLD hard drive from the OLD computer. I brought the OLD computer into the store and they took out the OLD hard drive & pulverized it right there! Wow! And showed it to me when done - that the platters were destroyed and that I would not have to worry about any data or information being taken off of it. Thank you, Best Buy!

If you are like me and have NO idea how to do the transferring of your info from one laptop to another yourself, than I WOULD TOTALLY DO THIS!!! They transferred everything perfectly which made my life very easy and all I can say is THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job of data backup and transfer. They were able to transfer all of my items from my old laptop and add additional items I requested. They always do a great job of all services I have used them for.

My computer crashed and I did not have info backed up. Geek Squad was able to retrieve my info and put it on an external hard drive. Was a good feeling to get all of my pictures back.
