Great transfer of data from a very old internal hard drive to an external USB drive for me. It took a day and a half, and they texted me along the way to let me know how things were going.

The transfer of data went well. I have had no difficulty with my new computer.

Computer had been hacked and the crew got everything cleaned up and working again.

Moving data from an aging computer to a new one has always given me cause for concern. This service was excellent - all of my photos, music, documents, and even my wallpaper were transferred flawlessly. Great job!

I made sure I have Total Tech Support. I love the Geek Squad especially Dion in the Riverdale, NJ store. He takes care of whatever needs to be done and takes the time to explain ALL. I also like having the phone support.

But the Geek Squad was there to help me recover everything from my old laptop & transfer it onto a new one. We had to hunt a bit for some things, but they took the time to find & make the new computer as easy to use as the last.

Geek John did what they could but $100 was not worth the transfer of my files. Save your cash and do it yourself.

Back up was very simple and easy. The service team called me right away when I️t was completed and everything was transferred in tact. Geek squad member was very helpful and even took the time to sit and explain my new laptop to me

Most everything seemed to get transferred ok, I just need to figure out how to pull some of it up and run.

The in-store service is best compared to the online service. I could not track the status of my service. So, I need to go to the store to figure it out. However, the other day, the technician called me and explained the service. I really appreciate the technician's help with his expertise my computer works well again. Thank you, Geek Squad.

Old laptop dies. Have to buy new laptop. Want data that was stored on old (and I mean old) one. Geek Squad performed in a timely manner and explained all nuances. After getting home to view, looks like they got 99%.

Had data transferred from my old computer to the new one I purchased from Best Buy. Geek Squad did a terrific job and explained everything they did and actually showed me how everything would work. Had a lot of patience with me.

Geek Squad addressed the issue with my laptop quickly, resolving the issue within two days, and performing the service right on the first go. I have an annual support agreement with Geek Squad, and they have proven to be a reliable service.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Having an appointment is a good idea. Back in the day I stood in line at the MOA almost every time.

Everything was properly transferred to the new computer.
