But the Geek Squad was there to help me recover everything from my old laptop & transfer it onto a new one. We had to hunt a bit for some things, but they took the time to find & make the new computer as easy to use as the last.

The transfer of all our data from our older laptop was done much faster than we expected so we had the new laptop to use much sooner.

Back up was very simple and easy. The service team called me right away when I️t was completed and everything was transferred in tact. Geek squad member was very helpful and even took the time to sit and explain my new laptop to me

My hard-drive crashed and the Geek Squad jumped right on it, attempting to salvage anything possible. It was for naught. When I received the call notifying me that they could not retrieve anything they quickly advised me of other options I could use if I wanted to send the hard-drive off. The quick handling by the Geek Squad personnel is a BIG PLUS in my book.

They transfered the data from other computer. Then had then look at old computer. I was having issues with. They told me i had a virus on it. They had to wipe it clean and install everything back on it.

The geek squad did a great job completing what I had asked of them from back in up my old laptop to my external hard drive plus putting the stuff on my new laptop and setting it up for me. Couldn’t have done it without them :)

They were very thorough. They explained everything they were going to do; how long it would take; and how much each item would cost. They performed as promised and delivered as promised and one day early. I couldn't have been happier.
