I was the victim of a scam and had my bank account compromised. I am an almost 80 year old and was not savvy enough to clean my computer so I went to the Geek Squad and they SAVED ME! I recommend them to all us gray hairs!

When my hard drive crashed in my old computer, I decided to purchase a new updated computer. The Geek Squad was able to recover my old data and transfer all my files to the new computer. It was done fast and I am very satisfied.

I was unable to copy my old computer info because my operating system was corrupted by malware. I was still able to have my data transferred from my old hard drive to the new computer without having to restore the operating system.

I really was happy with being able to get my information from the laptop that crashed to my new computer. It was an easy process and the price was reasonable. The only negative was that it took a few days for this to be completed.

The geek squad did a great job completing what I had asked of them from back in up my old laptop to my external hard drive plus putting the stuff on my new laptop and setting it up for me. Couldn’t have done it without them :)

The Geek Squad explained in detail what they thought had to be done and an estimate of the cost. It was clear what data they were fairly sure could be saved.

The Geek Squad was great with helping me with the maintenance of my laptop.

They transfered the data from other computer. Then had then look at old computer. I was having issues with. They told me i had a virus on it. They had to wipe it clean and install everything back on it.

Geek squad did a great job of transferring everything from my old desktop and laptop to the new ones. Was impressed when they met with me and went over everything on the new products and repacked them back into the boxes like new.

They were very thorough. They explained everything they were going to do; how long it would take; and how much each item would cost. They performed as promised and delivered as promised and one day early. I couldn't have been happier.

Got all data transfered for a reasonable price. Recommending this service.

I dealt with India, customer service representative with the Geek Squad. She was very nice, answered all my crazy questions. Koodos to those who were able to get important data from my "crashed desktop". Great job!! I had a couple of small issues with trying to return a call from the Geek Squad. Was told I needed an appointment for pickup, when I got there, I was told I could have come in to pickup my equipment at any time.

As a college student in the middle of a semester it was nice to have the ability to have all of my daughter's information transferred for her so when she opened her new Mac everything was exactly the same as it had been on her other Mac!

Our hope was to transfer photos from an old computer. Geek squad did a great job putting everything on a flash drive for us.

These guys did a great job getting the data off of my old iMac, which took them A LOT of time. Cost wise, the machine was no longer salvageable, so I'm fortunate that everything could be backed up and transferred to the new one. Recommended.

I was completely satisfied with the transfer of my data from one unit to another. My only gripe is that i had to pay an additional $100 for this service, after I purchased a new laptop in the store.SMH

I am always concerned about having material on an old computer transferred to another. Rey thankful there are people that know how to do this and I can be worry free. They did a great job.

The people at Geek Squad did a fine job. They know their stuff, were very polite and professional and delivered what they said they would, when they said they would. Total disconnect with the Sales staff however. Hard Drive on the PC purchased was smaller than the HD on the PC I brought in to try and have repaired, so that ended up costing extra money for the larger HD and delayed the set up. The transfer of data couldn't be done the way it was described, so that created a complication. And the cloud storage device sold to me didn't do what I was told it would do, so had to swap that out. Sales person was very kind and spent a lot of time with us, but needed to better understand how the needs would match to the solutions sold.
