Very helpful agent, the agent answered app of my questions and explained things thoroughly

The back up on my computer was done quicker than i expected.

Was taken within a min of my time. Initially we thought the problem was my hard drive so they were going to put in a new one.Unfortunately it was my mother board and I needed a new computer. I did get a refund for they hard drive. They were able to save my data.. No charge under my plan.

Although the transfer seems to be successful, there was a big disconnect between the price and process I was quoted when I made my purchase and when I took my laptop to the Geek Squad. The GS attributed it to the lack of knowledge of the salesmen who assisted me. I was very disappointed in the communication, lack of transparency and finger pointing.

My hard drive crashed so I took my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad. It took a couple of days because they had several customers in line before me, but it was worth the wait. Geek Squad managed to save all of my files and installed them on my new hard drive. I'm glad I have Geek Squad protection for all of my new electronics.

Connected all apps and programs. All went well and wors great.

Very understanding staff about my situation, they presented options, and the service was very quick (1 day).

Computer was hacked, brought in for "clean-up". It had also been running very slow prior to being hacked, tech recommended upgrading hard drive. Service was completed within quoted time. It's running much faster since I have it back.

I took 2 laptops to Geek Squad to have the info from my old Laptop (Windows 7) onto my new Laptop (Windows 10) The transfer by the Geek Squad was quick and they took the time to help me set up certain changes from Windows 7 to 10 & help explain how to update my files and set up icons, favorites, etc. GEEK SQUAD IS A GREAT HELP !!!

I had a data transfer from an old I-mac to a new one and The technicians did an outstanding job. In addition, it did not take them very long to do so. I got my computer back in one day. Everything worked perfectly. The man to check me in and out was Davis and the Geek Squad tech that preformed the repair was Urgang of the Valdosta, GA store..

Was easy to set up and is very easy to use. Love the speed and versatility.

great experience with Best Buy back up and transfer service - they were able to make sure everything from my previous computer transferred to my new all in one system, and they even showed me some short cuts I could take on my own

The hard drive on my laptop had to be upgraded. I purchased a new one and the Geek Squad transfered all my files and pictures. The techs were great. They spent alot of time with me to me to make sure everything was transferred my satisfaction and answered the many questions that I had.

Meg did an excellent job at the store in Tupelo, MS! She got everything transferred to my new iPad that I needed.

Geek Squad did a great job getting info. off of my tower. We didn't even know if we'd get much. But we got alot. Thank you Geek Squad!

My new computer runs just like my old one with access to pretty much everything - only faster! All of my data transferred great.

Run a business and my dumb self didn't do a back up in over 3 years despite having 2 external hard drives. Anyways, you know the story and computer crashes. I'm the lucky 1% where it's damaged beyond repair and nothing can be salvaged off hard drive. So off to Geek Squad recovery for phase 1. Problem is only 3/4 or less is recoverable with the lesser cost of the data recoveries (can't say cheap because this isn't cheap). However the issue I had was the files I wanted were mostly kid photos and if not recovered they were lost forever. The gamble was that if just one file was recovered for phase 2 I was looking at triple the cost and a nice vacation payment for possibly one file. That was hard to swallow and knowing they had to rebuild the hard drive was not exactly encouraging. Long story short l, the expensive recovery was 100% worth it and they recovered everything but something like 14 files from over 20,000. I was hesitant and the hard drive sat there for probably 6 weeks with daily calls until I forced myself to pay it but sure glad I did. All said and done I expect to get 99.9% of my files back.

Antonio and Deanne were amazing! I spilled liquid on my very old MacBook and I was so worried I lost all of the data on it. They didn’t have the reader but Antonio helped me find one on Amazon that I could get the next day. He even helped get the memory out of the laptop. Deanne was kind enough to see me the next day without an appointment and get everything worked out for me to pick up my laptop in a week. Thank you both for helping me get set up with a new laptop and still have all the work and documents I’ve collected on my old MacBook.
