Way way too slow to respond from the mouse to the laptop. Went to BBuy to return it just after a few weeks and they said NO...b/c it wasn't their product. I had NO idea that this was going to be an issue. Have been a BBuy customer a VERY long time and was very upset that BBuy would not refund me. It was in the box, no damage, and I had a reciept. Nothing on the BBuy website indicated that I would not be able to return the product. Very unfair. Very.
