I liked the thermostat and sensor so much that I purchased 2 more sensors to go in other rooms in the house. I have noticed that the temperature in the house has been more even throughout the house.

Great product. Works as described with no issues. A bit expensive.

Surprisingly, they do seem to actually work. The intent is to balance out the sensors to make the colder areas warmer. If a room where the sensors are located notices activity, the thermostat will automatically increase the temperature. I will be keeping them but will need to monitor my utility bills to see if the overall costs increase, stabilize or decrease to make the investment worthwhile.

I had a few of the older version of these and they were much more complicated to set up. The new ones are great. Super easy to connect, more stylish than the old ones.

It truly helps regulate all the temperatures in the rooms they are in, well, at least give them the proper average, so one room isn't frozen and the other is warm. Also helps for saving energy.

Adding a few extra of these and messing with the ecobee app really helped normalize the temps everywhere in my house

These are a great edition to ecobee thermostat. The master bedroom is generally a different temperature than where the thermostat is located. I'm now able to control the temperature in the master bedroom with one of these sensors during the night while I sleep.

Easy to setup sensors that help keep costs to a minimum for the HVAC system. I really like that they can “tell” when a person is in a room and they are extremely accurate.

We put one of these in the most used rooms on the first and second floors of our house. It lets the HVAC system know when someone is in that room and to make sure the temperature is correctly set (home, away, etc.). Very handy addition to a very smart thermostat. Recommended for Ecobee systems.

Having additional smart sensors has helped in balancing out the cold and warm spots. They were incredibly easy to add/synch with the system.

Was waking up uncomfortable so got these sensors to get a better use of the ecobee, and they qork great.

You simple to link to the ecobee and helps keep the upstairs in my Tri-level cooler than with our them. Also nice I can monitor the temperature from my phone to see temps in room that the sensors are in. And nice that they are motion activated

Must have if you have lots of rooms and want to keep temperature control even throughout the house. If I’m upstairs and it’s 67F and I set my t-stat to 70, even though it’s 70 downstairs, the heat will continue to kick in until my upstairs reaches 70.

Added these to my Ecobee thermostat and they are a great help in monitoring the overall status of temps throughout the house, garage and crawlspace. This is critical in Alaska with the cold temps and possible freezing pipes if your furnace was to fail.

Important companion to the Ecobee thermostat. Not sure how well the updated version works, but both my legacy and updated versions help keep my temperature better balanced between rooms and compliment the Ecobee thermostat beautifully.

These around my house make the smart thermostat really shine. Without the sensors I'm not sure the thermostat alone would make that big of a difference. 4 of these around my house make my house the most consistently comfortable it has ever been.

These smart sensor are a perfect extension of the Ecobee and provide an easy method to monitor and maintain temperature based upon occupancy. The sensors were easy to add and include in the scheduling after a firmware update.
