    keeps food organized and fresher longer

    Love the drawers in the freezer and the option to use the right bottom section as a chiller or a freezer. This is a great refrigerator for those that like organization. Food lasts longer in the refrigerator due to the metal door and back panel. Wasn't sure I would use the showcase door, but I actually love it for those items that i need to grab most often.

    HORRIBLE PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY!

    This refrigerator has been a NIGHTMARE purchase. The ice maker in this unit is terrible and Electrolux knows this. (There have been several 'upgrades' to this product and I know you discontinued the ice maker/ice dispenser product all together on our model fridge.) This refrigerator has given us nothing but headaches from day one. It started with problems with the ice maker and dispenser. The refrigerator was only 2 months old. So the store we bought it from came out and put an 'upgrade kit' in. This did not fix the problem. My builder demanded they bring us a second fridge. So now we are on our second fridge - I don't believe this second fridge was ever 'upgraded'. About 6 months ago, a screw randomly showed up in one of the ice cubes. We never were able to locate where the screw came from. And now we have an error code (ICE T3) appearing and the ice is melted. Unfortunately, now we are out of warranty. So I called customer service and got a certified service provider to come out. He says we need 5 major parts to get the fridge working properly - thermistor kit, new main control board, new ice control board, upgrade freezer door, and the upgrade kit. I got quoted at $930 for all these repairs! So I called Electrolux customer service again, and they talked me into get a 2 year warranty so these repairs can be covered. So now I had to pay $478 for a warranty to get these repaired covered. This is all pretty ridiculous and I am VERY dis-satisfied customer. It baffles me that Electrolux knows there are major issues with the ice maker/dispenser and just leave their customers stuck with a horrible product.

    Do NOT BUY Electrolux Refrigerator

    It has been about 7 years. They replaced the fridge once. Then, they replaced the icemaker on the second one. The icemaker just simply shuts down with any change in the weather or unusual demand (ie: party). Whomever designed this icemaker, did not live in the south and apparently does not place an importance on cold drinks. In fact, the water that comes out of the fridge is nicely filtered, but is room temperature. Seriously? Although the electrolux people have been nice, this is completely ridiculous. We can't call repair everytime we have a problem. We just go buy a few bags of ice. I will never buy another electrolux product. I'm D. O. N. E

    `this unit is wonderful ...however about 3 months into the fridge the ice maker had problems...the tech came out and had to come out and change parts in it until i totally got a new icemaiker....electrolux admitted that thisw was a faulty ice maker....after it got repaired they extended my warranty on the ice maker for another year. and they said that if the ice maker has any m;ore problems they would give me a credit for the price i paid for the refridgeratorllllthat was customer servicellll
