Unable to fix problem

Was told NO CHARGE since they were not able to fix the problem. Have seen no credit to my acct

I paid whatever I paid to have my email connection checked by Geek Squad. He did a few things and then before I knew it, I was transferred over to the agent who performed my tune-up (which I paid for separately). I like having the agents come to me, not remotely dial in and take over my computer.
