I bought itnl as part of the start up for my small business, and it has done everything that I would have hoped and more! Love the ability to print 13x19, which was a huge reason for buying, and it being cartridge free!!!

The rest are difficult to use and occasionally don't respond. The only exception I have found to this are Brother printers.

I’ve printed 11x17 multiple times since setting up. Haven’t tried the 13x19 yet, but figure it will be just as easy and brilliant.

To avoid frequent jams, it’s important to load the paper carefully and make sure it’s aligned properly. With a little extra attention, it performs well.

Does not work well with cardstock paper

She absolutely loved it but she needed it to work for CARDS dog paper. Unfortunately it will not take her thick card stock paper. We had to return it.

I like the fact that it can print larger sheets of paper. The best part is that it is cost effect. The bottle refillable ink definitely saves me more and time.
