Would not recommend; makes horrible noise, slow, consistently not dropping or connecting to internet. I have another Epson printer and I never have this problem

I will never buy another Epson

This is the printer that made me decide to never buy Epson again. I’ve had several Epson in the past too. This printer constantly forget what network it’s on, needs reset, then either jams, or proves that the heads aren’t aligned again.
I’ve only had it for a few months by the way. Oh and when you are having to reprint after fixing the misalignment, the cost savings of ink are lost, as well as rising costs of paper wasted, and don’t devalue your time! I’m pretty tech savvy too, and even if I wasn’t I have older kids!

Thin plastic construction. Paper feeding tray unreliable, frequently requires re-loading to feed. Document feeder is junk. - very sensitive to feed properly when inserting documents. Scan function is non-intuitive, requires pre-loading file names and destination for file downloads. Print quality is fair, my HP is far superior in all regards. Only positive I see is ink cost with eco-tank.

This is the 2nd printer I've bought from you that does not have drivers available to make it work with WINDOWS 11 PRO. I am so disgusted and discouraged!!!!!!!!!!!

Not easy to figure out and has slow print speed

the app is out of date and makes things with crafting hard. I cannot figure out the mirror image option, I switched from HP which was very easy to ise other than they shut you out of your printer all the time.
this printer also take foooorrrever to print anything. even just a simple word document. I am not satisfied with this printer at all or the app.

I must say this is the worst printer I have ever seen. My little sublimation printer does not have any problems. I tried to purchase this printer to make larger prints. Four months and this printer has been giving me problems to keep saying paper jam. There is no paper jams in the printer

Terrible expensive machine

I DO NOT recommend this printer at all. I’m on my second one in less than 30 days. The first jammed the paper after following the instructions on the screen and removing it, I kept getting a canceling notification on the screen. The second keeps doing a few different things, feeding the paper through blank, feeding the paper then pausing and just sitting resulting in a manual cancellation. I will set it to print multiply prints and it will print one and stop. Very very frustrating. It’s going back as well.
