Stopped working after about 20 prints. When it was printing it was very pretty and clear

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased a second one after the first one failed thinking it was something I did. Nope. I'm months into number 2 and the auto feed / scanner stopped working. Disconnected - reconnected I paid $ 500 for garbage!! again!!

Printing documents works well with this printer, but printing photos is not so good. Print quality with photos is OK at best.

Warning: this printer is expensive and yet does not make two-sided scans. Very finicky and jams take a long time to clear. Purchase a Brother.

Save your money! I lost $2000.00 on a job because the printer failed me. Not to mention, a whole set of ink and paper. DON'T USE MATTE or GLOSSY PAPER. IT WILL NEVER DRY.

My heart is broken as I write this review. I wanted to love this printer. It looks beautiful and it fits well in my room. However, as the title suggests, I could not do even the basic things without it jamming: 1. I can NEVER do duplex printing. It prints smoothly on one side, then when it tries to reverse feed to print the back side, it jams. 2. Feeding from the rear tray works best, but it still jams on occasions. 3. Feeding from the cassette tray would've been my preferred method, but it jams frequently. I will return this and try another EcoTank - I'm still holding on to hope, Epson.

It slows down when you print. When copying, It skips pages when printing.

Hard to set up on my WiFi. I expected more for this product for rh price I bought. I called to the Epson customer service and it was horrible!

I must have gotten a lemon. I purchased this 14 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. It constantly jams when trying to copy or scan multiple documents. The print quality is bad and slow. And the copier leaves a vertical line down the entire copy. I'm so disappointed after spending so much on this printer. I'll be purchasing another but not sure if I'll ever buy an Epson again.

This has been the most frustrating printer I’ve ever owned. Every time it runs out of paper, it jams, and it takes nearly ten minutes to get it working again. On top of that, it loses the print job, forcing you to figure out what was already printed and manually restart the remaining pages. Save yourself the hassle—do not buy this printer!

Worst printer ever! Bought this printer to print Christmas cards and it won’t print borderless like it says it will unless you only use specified paper sizes. Of course none of them are the card stock sizes I want to use. It is so finicky half the time it slides the paper up so the image is crooked. I Truly hate this thing. Worst investment in my life. I’m not new to making my own cards. I’ve been doing this for about 20 years. This printer just doesn’t.

This is a terrible printer. Nothing but trouble, and very expensive.

This "all-in-one" printer doesn't support 2-sided to 2-sided copying or scanning. I've owned many all-in-ones, and never experienced one which didn't support 2-sided to 2-sided copying and scanning. You can do 2-sided copying and scanning, but you must do it manually.

Could not get the white button to stop blinking and was not spending $100.00 for the Geek Squard

Let's start with the printer arriving, it arrived right on schedule and was package nicely inside its box with no issues with it from shipping. Set up was super easy it took at least 40 minutes for me to finish the complete set up from beginning to the final step of printing something of my own so I could see how well it works. I started with the instruction that come in the box however about 2 steps in it gave me a QR code for the app on my phone and I went from there it was SUPER EASY. I had no issues what so ever when setting up the printer, even putting the ink in was a breeze the bottles fit perfectly into the cover without making a mess not once. My favorite thing so far is how easy it is to use with your cell phone as majority of my work comes straight from my phone. The printer is the perfect size not bulky and it the way at all, I was actually really impressed how compact and modern the design of it was. The control panel can move up and down so you don't have to have it eye level with you to read the panel you can just adjust the screen up a little bit and still be able to see what the screen says. I love that this printer has an automatic paper tray with lights, When you are printing the tray slides out and when you are finished printing the tray retracts back inside the printer, so I no longer have to deal with the bulkiness of the tray being in the way. I think that's probably one of my favorite features this printer has to offer. The printing features it self have alot to offer the quality of the print you get from using this printer is great! It will allow me to catch up on some of my projects i have been working on around the house and i will no longer have to go to a store to get great quality pictures printed, I can do it all from the comfort of my home. Over all i am very impressed with the quality of the ET-8550 and the Epson company themselves. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank Photo ET-8550 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Printer is not printing on the entire sheet it keeps getying stuck at the end printing on printing.
