Would not recommend; makes horrible noise, slow, consistently not dropping or connecting to internet. I have another Epson printer and I never have this problem

Thin plastic construction. Paper feeding tray unreliable, frequently requires re-loading to feed. Document feeder is junk. - very sensitive to feed properly when inserting documents. Scan function is non-intuitive, requires pre-loading file names and destination for file downloads. Print quality is fair, my HP is far superior in all regards. Only positive I see is ink cost with eco-tank.

This is the 2nd printer I've bought from you that does not have drivers available to make it work with WINDOWS 11 PRO. I am so disgusted and discouraged!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality print, cheaply made, loud printing. I can't use this at all. I returned it and went back to HP.

Not easy to figure out and has slow print speed

the app is out of date and makes things with crafting hard. I cannot figure out the mirror image option, I switched from HP which was very easy to ise other than they shut you out of your printer all the time.
this printer also take foooorrrever to print anything. even just a simple word document. I am not satisfied with this printer at all or the app.

I DO NOT recommend this printer at all. I’m on my second one in less than 30 days. The first jammed the paper after following the instructions on the screen and removing it, I kept getting a canceling notification on the screen. The second keeps doing a few different things, feeding the paper through blank, feeding the paper then pausing and just sitting resulting in a manual cancellation. I will set it to print multiply prints and it will print one and stop. Very very frustrating. It’s going back as well.

I must say this is the worst printer I have ever seen. My little sublimation printer does not have any problems. I tried to purchase this printer to make larger prints. Four months and this printer has been giving me problems to keep saying paper jam. There is no paper jams in the printer

The first time we tried to use this printer it worked for a little bit then jammed. Also the color is not as bright

Good document printer but not printing photos

Printing documents works well with this printer, but printing photos is not so good. Print quality with photos is OK at best.

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased a second one after the first one failed thinking it was something I did. Nope. I'm months into number 2 and the auto feed / scanner stopped working. Disconnected - reconnected I paid $ 500 for garbage!! again!!

Save your money! I lost $2000.00 on a job because the printer failed me. Not to mention, a whole set of ink and paper. DON'T USE MATTE or GLOSSY PAPER. IT WILL NEVER DRY.

Paper Jams Galore

My heart is broken as I write this review. I wanted to love this printer. It looks beautiful and it fits well in my room. However, as the title suggests, I could not do even the basic things without it jamming:
1. I can NEVER do duplex printing. It prints smoothly on one side, then when it tries to reverse feed to print the back side, it jams.
2. Feeding from the rear tray works best, but it still jams on occasions.
3. Feeding from the cassette tray would've been my preferred method, but it jams frequently.
I will return this and try another EcoTank - I'm still holding on to hope, Epson.

I must have gotten a lemon. I purchased this 14 months ago and it has been nothing but a headache. It constantly jams when trying to copy or scan multiple documents. The print quality is bad and slow. And the copier leaves a vertical line down the entire copy. I'm so disappointed after spending so much on this printer. I'll be purchasing another but not sure if I'll ever buy an Epson again.
