Real Piece of Junk. Wireless goes out after about a year. Its all over the internet. Do a search on google and Youtube. Im pretty good at IT repairs for my career and this Junk is not worth the time it takes dealing with the wireless problems. If you hard wire it with a cat5 cable to your router, it MIGHT work longer. But it has a cheap wireless hardware inside it that fails. Do not buy it

HAD AN EPSON BEFORE (JUNK) WOULD NOT READ INK CARTRIGE. BEST BUY TALK ME INTO ANOTHER EPSON. SCREEN TO SMALL, NO INSTRUCTIONS BOOK. HARD TO OPERATE. BUT THE INK BOTTLES ARE GREAT. DO NOT UNDERSTAND PRINT OUTS WHEN YOU CLEAN CERTAIN PARTS. I WILL DEFINATLY BUY DIFFERENT BRAND NEXT TIME. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS COMPANY.

You better hope you never have to clean the printer head because it is impossible to get to. It is an okay printer but unless you use it daily, I would stick with cartridges.

Works OK now but keeps having messages that don't make sense. I had to call twice to get help because it was just printing nonsense or blank pages. Used up a lot of the black ink when it was printing nonsense.

What a disgrace - shame on you Epson

Epson says this is a "stress free" printer. Unfortunately, I cannot use it when I needed to because I don't have wifi and Epson unbelievably haven't included the USB cable necessary. What a terrible, pennypinching company - good grief, include the cable and charge the honest price OR charge the fake price and CLEARLY label the box to show that they left part of the equipment out to get themselves a sale by offering a cheaper price - that way their "stress free" promise would be valid.
This is my first Epson printer and I will never buy Epson ever again, the inconvenience this had caused me is huge. What a disgrace.

Eco Don't!

I love the concept of these printers because cartridges are not environmental friendly and overall expensive. With that being said, ecotank printers have there own downfalls. If you want to do light printing, not everyday, the ink dries up and when you do need to print your ink probably has expired and gone bad, colors distorted and no way to drain the tanks so that you can replace the ink. The only pro is that thanks to these printers, the prices of cartridges has dropped, but for light duty printing I do not recommend these units. Now I've discarded a $200 printer because the ink is expired with no way to replace it. What a design flaw!!!

The refillable ink tank is the best feature. Control panel is difficult to navigate. Does not make 2 sided copies. Plastic parts feel like they could easily break. Doesn't communicate well with computer or phone.

The printer has been fine so far, a few minor problems. The biggest problem is with Epson and all there required software and firmware updates, and agreements. It locks up your computer and in general drives you crazy.

Did not work out of the box. Printed first page, then Jammed 3-4 times. Clearing Jam was difficult, and then, paper jam error continued after cleared. Googled how to fix, and nothing worked. I have had this thing exactly one day, and it's going back. Going back to a cheaper Cannon printer. So much for trying something new.

BUYER BEWARE......We've had this printer for a little over a year and I got an error message about the ink pad needed to be changed. WHAT A MESS IT HAS BEEN. You can buy the ink pad online and try to change it your self. Youtube makes it seem so easy......only its not. You need a key to rest the ink pad and you have to pay some website for this key or take it in to be serviced. I would have never bought this knowing that I would have to take my printer in for $100 service fee to have it reset.

EcoTank - Really Bad product. Apparently this printer has an issue where you must print weekly or the heads clog permanently. If you call epson they will eventually give you a service center and the service center will tell you this printer is a disposable one really. Epson does not warantee this product very long because it's faulty.

I will never buy from best buy. They sent the printer and then for whatever reason they kept extending my delivery date. The printer was in Durango stayed in Durango as Best Buy kept extending the delivery date, REALLY??? So I called UPS in Durango and that is what they advised. So I called Best Buy the man couldn't explain why then they have it sent back to Best Buy

Great printer. Had an HP and went through ink in my no time. Have printed a ton so far with this printer and have hardly used any ink. Great that you can see ink levels too.
