Good printer once connected to system.

Had to reinstall every thing three times before connecting properly. Otherwise I would have given an excellent rating.

It performs well for everyday use, but the red tones tend to print more orange than true red. I’ve had to manually color over some areas with a red marker to achieve the desired shade.

And the ink hasnt moved since about 3 weeks when i forst start printing. I really believe this ink is made to last which will make it so worth the price on how much ill save in ink prices

Like the idea of no cartridges. My brother has a similar one and has never had an issue. That was the reason for our purchase.

It was not a quick start and it was a hassle! Product once we got past that works like a dream!

Black printing is very light. Doesn't pick-up light-colored print, when copying on the glass or through the feed, even after any adjustments that can be made. I called technical support and they couldn't help either. Waiting to hear back about warranty but I don't want another one of these. I had a Brother previously and it was made alot better!!

Great printer with great features
