Thought I would save money by only putting in the ink on the tanks on the side. It kept getting clogged up and then wouldn't work at all. Not happy with it.

Terrible connection problems. Despite changing the settings multiple times and getting help from Epsom, after a few hours the printer goes to sleep and the wireless connection drops. You have to go back and Awake the computer to connect again which makes the whole purpose of remote printing useless. The ink definitely lasts as we have printed hundreds and hundreds of pages and the tank is still more than half full.

I like not having to replace ink cartridges. Print quality if great. This is a great buy. Installing is easy peasy. Take your time with filling the ink and it is no problem. Ink should last me a very long time. Best printer I've ever purchased. So happy I got this one.

Printer works great and I love the cheaper price on ink refills that last much longer than the cartridge type. I would like to have better color and resolution in photos, but like I said, great product for the money.

Thought we could do sublimation with this printer as is; "so we were told" Not the case. However we have been able to adjust and revise our original plan to make this printer do what we need.

I needed a small printer for my studio and chose this one because of the easy fill ink tanks. The printouts are not as clear as with my larger HP but serve the purpose for what I needed.

Printer functions well and love the cartidge-less design. The only negative was that contrary to what was listed on the specifications this printer does not have an automatic duplex option.

Only printer I have ever owned that does not drink ink! I keep checking ink levels(easy to do) and am amazed how much ink is left. Only negative is how small the screen is. Makes programming hard

I am Epson loyal for a reason. The printers are inexpensive, reliable, and work well. This is my first experience with the EcoTank and so far I am impressed. Ask me again at refill time.

This printer has been good so far. The instructions on how to install the software and begin operation are non-existent. I had to call Geek Squad and have them do it. Once it was set up, the printer worked fine.

I replaced my HP ink cartridge printer with this eco tank model. I was tired of paying close to $100 every time they needed changing. I'm glad I did. Only complaint is the paperfeeder sometimes feeds in the paper crooked

Very good printer. So happy that it has such big ink tank, hated having to go out so often to by ink for my other printer. Only wish the display screen was bigger, with my aging eyes it's a little hard to see.

Although the eco tanks are great as someone who prints high quality stickers and photos. On a professional level id recommend something better

The big feature when I looked at this product was the ecotank (no buying cartridges). The other one was wifi but is on most printers now. Setup for linking the phones and laptops can be a little hassle.

I purchased for a new office. I had in storage unopened for about 2 months. We've had it online and working for 3 weeks and today it died... Wouldn't even power up no matter what we did.... Geesh! I own a Epson WorkForce ECO Tank which has been EXCELLENT and 1 identical to this. Crossing my fingers other 2650 lasts me more than 3 weeks.

Works great but make sure you’re continuously printing without the ink to sit in the reservoirs. Otherwise you’ll have to do a maintenance print more often than not

Good value. Saves you money on ink cartridges. I had a problem with some paper jamming. I had the protection plan. Brought it in to Best Buy. Whole unit replaced and I was out of the store in 20 minutes.

Really enjoy not having to buy new ink once a month. I am in a doctorate program so I print a lot of paper, this printer saves me the hassle of going to buy the ink and will save me money in the long run.

I have bought 3 of these!!! (Not all for me of course). The price of the replacement ink pays for the printer itself. Plus it comes with a large supply that has lasted me over a year (on my first purchase).

It takes awhile for the printer to set up. But if you have patience, you will make it through. Great printer and you can't beat the new ink technology. It's nice to know a company finally decided to so away with stupid ink cartridges.
