Ink running out yet barely used

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this printer in Dec. of 2018 but have haven’t really printed much, possibly 50 pages, and there’s barely any ink left. This is surprising b/c it says it’s “supersized ink tanks” will last for ~2 yrs & is enough for up to 4K pages. The other issue is that although it’s wireless, it wants us to connect the computer via USB to scan. Grant it: When it was printing, it was great (quality, speed, & all). Perhaps since it hasn’t been used in a while, we may just need to shake the ink a little?!
