We gave our daughter the kid’s Fitbit. It has motivated her to go on walks every day, transforming her from a couch potato to an active kid! It’s great at motivating—she has been doing walking challenges every day since getting the device. Super for a kid that is goal driven and a bit of a techie. The build quality is on par with the adult versions, and the kid’s fit bits come in a variety of vibrant colors. I can heartily recommend this unit.

Good for monitoring sleeping trends on my 6 year old. He enjoys seeing how many steps he gets per day. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I wish the clasp was sturdier. I'm waiting for my kid to break it. But so far it's held up. Good battery life. Excellent step count accuracy.

The fitbit is for my child and it seems liked. It is as advertised. Tracking steps and the number of hours slept works to satisfaction.

Bought for grandson, fits great, very durable. Fitbit allows the Ace2 to be added to the adults Fitbit account, so the child doesn't have to have their own device for the app. Has been worn in the bathtub and no problems with the water resistant feature. I have the inspire it appears to be pretty much the same device in a durable kids band.

My 8 year old daughter loved looking at my FitBit and all the things it did, and started asking for her own. She did her chores and saved money to buy it on her own. Now she’s motivated to make sure she reaches her daily steps, even to the point of “challenging” me and her mom to see who ends the day with more steps. It’s been easy to teach her how to work the watch, the different settings it has, as well as setting alarm to wake up to. Great purchase

Purchased for my son so he can be engaged with our families daily goals of walking 30 minutes a day. He loves being able to track his steps and beating the previous days step totals meaning he’s getting more exercise without complaining about having to do more exercise. Fits him comfortably and loves that it’s purple.

Kids like the fact they have a waterproof watch. They enjoy the steps counter.

This is a great gadget for allowing a younger child to feel included with the step challenges. It has the silent alarm which makes morning wake up easier. The associated parent account within Fitbit allows you to set family challenges and monitor child progress. The app shows weekly progress and notifies child of milestones hit. Allows for custom avatar. Parental controls keeps your child off of the open Fitbit community while still allowing them access to utilize the app to set goals. If parents and siblings already have a Fitbit, the controls allow you to add family members to the child’s app so that they can participate in family centered activity and step goals. This product is most useful for parents who already use pedometers and are wishing to include younger children. Without parent enthusiasm and involvement, this item will likely collect dust or just become a “fancy watch.”

My son was a little iffy about me getting him a fitbit but after trying it out after just one day, he loves it! He likes the goal notifications he receives when he reaches 10,000 steps for the day and he enjoys checking out his sleeping habits. The wrist band was a little on the small side (he’s a bigger 11yo) but we ended up buying him a large replacement band that fits him perfectly

Very easy to use. My does will only take in off for charging. Very durable too. Would definitely recommend.

This Fitbit seems to be of good quality. I have read many mixed reviews online. It did need to do a firmware update immediately before it could be used, which might account for some other reviewers saying theirs seemed to be defective upon first attempt to use. It's a cute watch, and my 8-year-old is happy with it. I am happy that it motivates her to be less of a couch potato. I've connected her to my Fitbit app on my phone so that I can see her stats. It would be nice if it could link to more than one device, but since it can't, we are just viewing data through my phone app.

This was a great gift for my 8 yr old son who now loves to track him steps everyday and look at how well he sleeps.

My kid loves this! Easy to read pretty easy to work. Holds charge better then my Apple Watch. Not sure exactly how accurate it is, every time she moved her are even sitting she gets steps. It’s affordable and good enough for kids. My daughter asked for it for her 9th birthday.
