This is not their best work but it does hold its own with the rest of their albums. The style and sound differs from their others but just like all bands, they are growing and experimenting.

Favorite songs are love & drugs, run. The Maine is an awesome band and this cd didn't disappoint.

The Maine never fails to exceed my expectations each and every time they release a new album. But with the release of Forever Halloween, it was a little bit different. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they went above and beyond them! There has never been an album that has emotionally touched me with the lyrics and music as much as Forever Halloween has. I feel everyone should make this purchase and experience something incredible.

Forever Halloween is The Maine's fourth full length album and it's incredible. They've come so far from their pop rock days to men who know what rock is. And the best part is that they recorded it LIVE. There's not a single thing that's been enhanced. John O'Callaghan's real life singing is what you're hearing, there's just two guitars when it sounds like there's gotta be at least five different parts. It's so honest and it just makes it sound that much better. It's definitely one of the best albums I've ever heard. I highly recommend that you give it just one listen.

I have so much to say about this album. With every release, it felt like The Maine was coming closer and closer to who they were as a band, and with FH, they hit the nail right on the head. It has only been out since yesterday, and it is already clear that it is one of my absolute favorite records ever. The lyrics are just stunning, and I love the feel of the live recording. They do not take a song off on this record at all, which seems to be a nearly impossible feat these days. I also cannot for the life of me pick a favorite, which says a lot.

The Maine have really stept up their game with this record. The passion they put into making Forever Halloween, their determination to make the music that they believe in, the honesty they put into the lyrics and the rawness of the instruments - it all makes Forever Halloween their best album to date - and it is definitely a highlight of 2013. A new direction, but always the same dedication. Whether you're an old fan or an accidental bystander - this album will stick with you. And that's what music should do - leave an impact. And that's something The Maine never fails to do. Listen, and see for yourself. No doubt you'll be amazed - and left with a new favorite record.

I just listened to The Maine's Forever Halloween this morning. I never thought they would top their last album, Pioneer...somehow they did it! These guys are some of the nicest, most talented musicians. My daughter said she never listens to words, she just likes songs for the music. After listening to this album, she was telling me all about the deep thoughts and meanings the song brought out in her mind. Glad something has made her start thinking! The lyrics are incredible, the music is fabulous! Off to listen so I will know the songs for the tour! Purchase, Listen and Enjoy!

The Maine are one of those bands that like to constantly reinvent themselves and this album is their latest venture into doing just that. Forever Halloween was recorded live and to TAPE, something you don't see many artists out there doing these days and The Maine do it beautifully. The songs on Forever Halloween I think are some of the best the band have ever written and I fell in love with this record only three songs in, something that hasn't happened with ANY album in quite a long time. This album comes with my highest recommendations, you will not be disappointed!

This is my favorite album that The Maine has put out by far. You can see how they have progressed as a band over the years and how they are finding their sound and what works for them. It's completely different from their first album, but that's what is so great about this band. They are always evolving and making music they way that they want to. This album is absolutely perfect. I haven't stopped listening to it since I bought it.

This album is different than anything The Maine has ever done before, the music is raw, vocals filled with emotion, and guitar riffs that definitely make you want to bob your head along. The album pulled me in from the very first song because it was such an unexpected intro to the album, but incredibly catchy. The words and messages behind the songs are also a little grim, but mixed with up beats to send you through a flurry of emotions.

I think that this album just shows the amazing talent of this group! I'm always just so excited when I hear that this group is coming out with something new! As for the album, it's different than the rest of their albums. It's deep, it's heavy; but it's in the best way possible. You're not depressed or anything after you listen to it, you're more in awe of what you just listened to. I recommend this album to everyone !

This album from The Maine was recorded live to tape. Sonically, it is intriguing. The band has definitely grown into their own sound. The lyrics are quite thought-provoking, but the listener can somehow relate to them on their own personal level. Overall, a great album for music lovers.

The Maine never fails to deliver a good tune with really good lyrics. Lyrics like "We bleed the same blood, you and me" and "No one gets me like the sad songs, when I'm lost and all alone" are just two of my favorites. Can't wait to hear some of these awesome tracks live!

I didn't think The Maine could get better than Pioneer but they did. Forever Halloween shows how far The Maine has come as a band. Their sound has matured so much from when they first started. Every song is perfection and I recomend everyone buy this album.

This album was recorded live, which creates a different vibe throughout. I also like how each song tells a story and it makes you feel something whilst listening. It's simply music made the "right" way, without a bunch of editing tricks and cover-ups.

Such an amazing album! The Maine never disappoint their fans and "Forever Halloween" is so true to that!! There is a right mix of everything on here...you can't get much better! Well worth a listen.
