Poor quality

Purchased another online and the first one we received didn't work, replacement one worked 3 days, returned it for full refund. Door would not close properly, seemed flimsy. Bought a different brand that was much heavier.

ELECTRICAL ISSUE - return for credit

Same models, same electrical problems, different lot codes. Also, warranty issue took 6 months.

Then returned it to the store since I had ordered it online and just happened to be 31 days after receiving it so they won't replace it and I have to send it back to GE. Bad product and HORRIBLE store practices.

GE Microwave

It was bought to replace another GE microwave that stopped working after 6 months. That microwave was bought to also replace another GE microwave that died after 6 months use. We only re bought GE microwaves because the company gave us credit for a new one. I would never again buy another GE microwave

Only option with GE is to schedule a service appointment, diagnostics charge is $99, waved if technician determines that problem covered by warranty.

Broke down

However GE refunded my money but I had to go through some hoops and it was not easy, but they (GE) did come through with a check.

Working good, but a door is NOT completely closed. I have to bang the door to close and cook. Whenever the door closes, the microwave’s position moves slightly.

I can't recommend this Microwave

It will run only after being unplugged for 30 mins. Then when you try and use it, it will only stay on for 30 to 60 seconds.

Terrible quality

The door and push button to open the microwave are very flimsy so I don't anticipate they'll last long. I would not recommend.

Lasted a month before wires inside started burning

This microwave should be on a recall list. It is a fire hazard. Best I could do was get store credit from Best Buy since the receipt was past their return stipulations.

Microwave Broke

First it started smelling like it was burning and then the push button would get stuck and lastly it completely shut down and started buzzing. Thankfully GE is going to replace the microwave.

GE is worthless

Had to unplug from the wall to get it to stop. Still under warranty but evidently this is a known flaw with this model. Will NEVER purchase a GE product again....period.
