The smart component is, in a word, terrible. After repeated attempts to connect the oven to wireless and the internet I called GE who provided absolutely no help. Most of the support call was me providing them with piles of information. The support person then told me he couldn’t solve the problem (after repeatedly telling me the problem must be on my end) and that second level support would contract me within 3-5 days. That was two weeks ago. The smart aspect isn’t critical but I’m sure I paid for it and would like it to work.

What I had is that you cannot hear the timer. Even on loud - it's barely audible when standing in front of it.
