    This was the second CYNC Thermostat we purchased so that both zones can now be programmed remotely. This thermostat is easy to install and set up. The GE help desk personnel are very helpful.

    Works better expected. Easy to install but set up with google was a bit of a challenge. Contacted google and they worked their magic.

    Have had the unit for about 6 weeks now and it works well. Just got back from a week long vacation and I was able to set temp before we headed home.

    This device is complete garbage! I bought it in February’25, it never stays connected to my WiFi. We tried everything but nothing would make it stay connected. I’ve bout the Google nest and so far so good.

    Fried immediately upon install. I purchased this when I was getting my new furance installed in the house. The hired professional ensured it was installed correctly, I created the account, and then it fried about 15 minutes later. Wound up returning it and buying a Honeywell smart thermostat, which has worked great at a fraction of the price.
