It’s easy to install and performs just fine. It’s not that loud, although louder than most. For a cheap, efficient dishwasher, this one fits that need

Posted .Hi there - Thanks for the review. We hate to hear of your disappointment with your dishwasher and we do apologize for any inconvenience. Some water remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher after completion of a dry cycle is normal. If your dishes aren't drying properly, make sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher before starting a cycle. Additional troubleshooting tips can be found on our website by searching "Dishwasher Poor Drying" and "Not Draining". We hope this helps. There is a panel missing at the bottom of the machine. What do I need to do to get that piece?

No expense was spared in manufacturing this product. I bought it at the store “on-line” sight unseen with a service representative because they didn’t have one in the store. I won’t ever do that again. This product is cheaply made and over-priced for what it is. Never again!

It washes (kind of) but I dry!

Looking forward to throwing it out just do I can hit it with a sledgehammer. Doesn’t dry dishes AT ALL. Piece of (well, you know… )

Easy Cleaner Upper

It is simple and easy to use - has just three cycles - 1 hr, normal, heavy. The normal is about 2 hours and includes drying. The rack size is generous to accommodate large pots, and it has a great waste disposal system, too.

Posted .Hi there, and thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely hate to hear you've had an issue with the dishwasher not drying the dishes and leaking. We know how very concerning those issues must be and would like to help. For the issue with the dishes not getting dry, you may want to check that the inlet water temperature is at least 120 degrees F, and that you’re using a long enough cycle. Using a rinse agent can also majorly assist in getting the dishes dry. Regarding the door leak, you might want to check the door gasket to ensure there are no gaps or tears that could be allowing the leak. If the dishwasher is still new, it can take several wash cycles to properly seat a new gasket. You can also make sure the edge of the control panel isn’t hitting the adjacent cabinet – if it does the dishwasher may be able to latch but may not be in the right position to completely seal.
