Ok but damaged and trim kit doesn’t fit well

The measurements listed on Best Buy website are incorrect. The depth is closer to 19.5”, so if you do have space constraints, know that you’ll need roughly 22” of shelf space to accommodate it comfortably with the plug.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this microwave as a replacement for the one previously installed by the home builder and it was only two years old and the eject button mechanism broke which rendered it useless. Installation was pretty easy but for some reason it didn’t fit exactly as the previous model did. It works well but it seems they didn’t upgrade the cheaply made ejection hardware that is made out of a cheap plastic and many people have complained of the same issue. Cooking performance is really good but come on GE, you can do a better job than this.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave.
