My whole family uses it when they come over. We dont even use the ice maker from our fridge anymore. Ice is soft and blends well with our drinks. Cheweble and taste better them the hard ice.

Wish it was bigger

I got the XL tank but unfortunately the compartment is small. If we have a party it’s only good for a few drinks and then we have to wait until more ice is made. I had to buy 10bs ice bags from Amazon, I fill 2 and keep them in the freezer if I have a larger group. I never set up the app, I don’t use the ice maker daily.
