As have learned how to work with the Geek squad have found the help provided more and more useful. Had a previous service which over time failed tests of helpfulness, access and clarity. So was very happy to learn about the Geek Squad and have been pleased with the help provided. Still learning how to always work effectively with Geek Squad members and plan to continue my membership.

The Staff and crew at the Sparks Best Buy Geek Squad are great! I did not have an appointment and Jeff was great at working me in, along with his supervisor. They called another Best Buy Employee named Maddy from a different department to help me transfer my photos from my Samsung 8 to my Lenovo Computer while I waited for my cue to see the geek squad agent Jeff. Thanks to Maddy, Jeff and all the staff at the Sparks Nevada 155 Los Altos PKWY store!

After 5 years the battery in my iPad began to get lazy. It took too long to charge and I knew I had to check it out. After some testing, my Geek friends confirmed what I'd been thinking - either I have the battery replaced (which they don't do) or get the latest model, which they have at Best Buy. These techs are so knowledgeable and efficient - it's worth the yearly fee to see them for all your devices and get honest opinions.

Everyone should sign up today! Do you know how convenient it is to sit at home and watch TV or read a book while the Geek Squad is installing or troubleshooting a problem on your computer?? It saves, time, money, and it doesn't make any difference what time it is or what the problem is, you just sign on and they will take care of you step by step. The best service time and time again and so courteous and knowledgeable!!!!!!!

Sometimes I had to wait a while in line in the store to get to the tech guys but once there 4 out of the 5 people there I’ve talked to really seemed to know a lot and were very effective in getting repair results.

I had a situation when windows 10 crashed the computer and I had to call the Geek Squad. They stepped me through the process and when they couldnt resolve it over the phone. I took it in to them and they took care of the issue.

My husband he doesn't like chat. He prepares talking ro a live person. And they answered most of our questions and help us in every ways in terms of technical problems on our PC.

I took my MacBook Pro to the Geek Squad on a Friday afternoon. They were extremely professional, curtious, and prompt. I did not have to wait in line for hours in spite of the fact that the store was busy. They ran diagnostics, fixed the problem overnight, and I had it back in my office on Saturday. Way to go Geek Squad at Citrus Mall in Tampa, FL!

Thank God for my geek squad is all I can say. This new mac book has given me nothing but trouble,thank God I bought an extra 3 yrs. Warranty. They are very helpful when you bring in your laptop.

I went in a lot originally these iPod a computer, printer, scanner etc. They’re always very nice and help me. I wasn’t satisfied with the product that I received because the computer has terrible memory so after three times I still haven’t used it anymore. But the tech service was good.

I have not used it much. (which is good I suppose) but the couple of times I went into BestBuy to ask the squad a couple of question, they have been helpful.

Well worth the money. Every Geek Squad person we talk to is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. If necessary to bring the computer in the problem is usually easily solved. We've had to work with viruses and ESTO problems (Equipment Superior to Operator). We'll renew every year.

This plan is worth its weight in gold, especially for us a bit more technically challenged. Either over the phone, in store or online, the issues gets resolved. Have had in now for three years, definitely a keeper. Also can be used for multiple devices, not just one computer!

Only once has my computer ever been "frozen" due to a virus that could have potentially infected my computer. Luckily my red flags went off just in time before I clicked the "click here for assistance" button. I called geek squad and they were able to get into my computer and remove the virus!

We renewed this several times because it was so useful. We have used over a dozen times when we have had trouble with our computer. They are excellent to work with. They are professional and patient when helping troubleshoot and fix computer. Well worth the money!

I have used this in store and on line. Online help was excellent in helping me remove a virus. In store help can be hit or miss. I recommend making an appointment.

Mostly really good, virus protection with tech support not so great. they always try really hard to solve my problems or send me to someone who can.

I have had to use them once and I tell ya, they were great helped me with cleaning and retrieving what I thought was lost photos. Great customer service

I purchased a laptop at the same time I purchased a year of Geek Squad support. It is worth every penny. I had to turn to the Geek Squad on several occasions. They always solved my issue. Which ranged from having my mother board replaced to removing unwanted updates.

Bought with computer for my college student. Never used it. We should at least have used it to replace the battery, but we let it expire
