Really quite. You don't hear it when it's on automatic and on low. Impressed that it will automatically go on a higher speed when it detects a need to do so.....like when something is cooking in the kitchen. Also, have noticed less dust on furniture since using it.

Seems to work great. It’s really quiet too most of the time unless there is something in the air that makes it go to work. You know it’s there when we cook something that produces a lot of smoke or it really went nuts the other day when my wife was straightening her hair in our restroom. This little machine came to life and went to work. It was a little pricey, but reasonable compared to some others on the market.

I must be honest, I have not used this product myself yet. I did buy one for my daughter in Seattle back in January and it worked perfectly when they were experiencing extremely bad air quality from the brush fires. I vowed that I would purchase it for my home when I got back to Houston so when it went on sale I was able to get what I wanted for a great price,

looked it up on consumer report and found that this air purifer was a good one. It turned out to be good.

Great machine. You can really tell when it has cleaned the air. Also like the sleep option when using at night.

It was pretty much out of the box ready, just plug and play (so to speak)... I bought this one because of the large amount of square footage it can clean for the money. It's a little noisy on high but you wouldn't know it was there without looking at it when it's on low. It definitely clears our air of dander, dog and cat fur, and cooking odors. I'm quite satisfied.

Turn on each night while sleeping to keep air clear. Seems to work good. Our air quality usually very low number.

Works really well. Air quality monitor is very accurate. Would definitely recommend to anyone with alot of pets or with bad allergies.

This works great. The display on the front is very useful and shows when quality isn’t as good. When we are cooking or doing other things that cause smoke, it automatically kicks the speed up and shows you a number and then you can watch it go down. I think it’s worth the money. I have another brand in our bedroom and I don’t like it anywhere as much as this one

This air purifier is fantastic. I recently had to travel and stay in a hotel and when I woke up I was congested and it made me realize that at home that had not happened since I put this unit in my bedroom. It really works!

I have noticed less dust in my own room. Great little air filter system for a bedroom but not for a large room. I say this because if you don't want to hear the fan blowing, you can leave it at on the lowest setting and can't hear anything but it works the best in a bedroom sq ft.

Excellent Air Purifier. In my opinion, it cannot be beat for cost/performance, and it runs very quietly. This will be my 3rd Germ Guardian AP5800W 19 unit ordered from Best Buy. We have 2 cats, 2 dogs (all indoor pets), and these units really do the job!

Wonderfully made air purifier! Simply remove the plastic wrapper from the filter inside the unit, insert it back in, plug it in, turn on the power, tap the “A” (auto mode) and let it clean! After about 2 hours I noticed the cleanliness of my air in my bedroom. Waking up the morning, I appreciate how I don’t have those awful head colds anymore that come along with a congested nose. I purchased this when it was apart of the “Deal of The Day.” This unit is a must buy. Highly recommend!

Works well. Not noisy. Also the filter is large. Great for my allergies. I recommend this for those who live in areas where there is a lot of grass and weeds and the wind flows naturally.

Great product- quiet and efficient. Very noticeable improvement in a 300sqft room- there has been a significant reduction in dust and the air quality seems to be noticeably better!

Good for white noise and air cleanliness. My son loves the digital read out to tell him its safe to breathe. He can hold his breath for almost 90 seconds while waiting for an acceptable level to him

When running the purifier is loud and bulky but performs very well. Keeps a large living room deordorized and particulate-free
