I first played the game in 2023 and then just dropped it, but I came back to it, and I don’t know what’s changed, but it still feels like a current-gen experience. It’s not the most action-packed gameplay-wise, but the story is enjoyable, and I would recommend it if you like Greek mythology.

This is literally like the best game I've ever played. The way Santa Monica brought back one of the most hardest worked PlayStation games, and to see how it evolved into this beautiful open world game was amazing. The graphics were awesome on PS4 Pro. The Complicated puzzles and breaking locks were frustrating but fun. The story was spectacular with exciting boss fights here and there. The ending was a shocker!

The God of War is a series of games that have gotten better over the years -- graphically and gameplay. You start out having to go on a journey to bury your dead wife. Yes, it's morbid but it's also how you and your young son learn to bond. On the way, you'll teach your son how to hunt, gather, and how to survive in the wilderness. Soon you and your son will be visiting new lands, be challenged to defeat terrible enemies, and have to solve riddles and puzzles. There will be the typical side quests too to get the necessary items for acquaintances you meet along the way that will provide you with items to get you to the next level. You'll have lots of fun playing a god and his son. Buy it!

This game is amazing. You will not regret buying this game. This game is different from the other god of war game but a good different. Really refreshed game play and the story has just as much action as before.

Short and sweet, this is the definition of a masterpiece and system seller. When you spend $60 on a game, God Of War delivers that quality and then some. You will not be dissapointed by this amazing game with it's story, mechanics, and battle system. Wow...

I have never played God of war! I gave it a try and I can honestly say, this is the only game I’m interested in! I’m a sports guy, but I will not be playing any sports games until I complete this game! It’s very addictive! You want to just explore and build your weapons and exlplore some more!!! It’s 10/10!!
