My 4K player would not read the disc. The Blu-ray disc worked fine. I returned the faulty disc set, via mail to Best Buy. They returned the same disc set back to me. No refund, no exchange and no explanation. So now I have a 4K movie that I can't watch.

Each time, the movie failed to play all the way through. Their was no label on the latest DVD disc that I bought. All the other movies I've ever bought from my Best Buy store have worked flawlessly. I'd really like to see the end of this movie but I may need to buy it from another retailer to get one that works.

I bought it for the digital copy but when I opened it up the digital code was expired. Then BEST BUY didn’t want to take it back because the movie was opened. After multiple managers they finally took it back
